yeah it is a bit like slimming world but without having to eat a 1/3rd plate od superfree food and you can have bread !, i lost 3 stone on sw on green & red days but soon as i got to target i put it back on and it was so hard eating out, didnt like the other day where u cld have both (forgot its name) .

i try and use all my weeklies as you need a treat every day or so to stop u going mental lol and i think you get better losses using them too, anyway good luck for tomorrow, ur meals sound good to me, i always have porrige as its filling and i like it , think soup lunch not sure about dinner yet, night x

I would work out to have 7pp a day but iv had them this weekend lol

I lost 2 and half on sw but piled it back on. pfft lol x
 
Following ur new diary hun, I might follow simply filling when I get back off my hols. Safe to say the shakes haven't been a hit xx

Good luck with the SF today. I love how WW bread can be eaten on a SF day..
 
well I stuck to the plan until tonight. .......me and oh had a fight was so stressful. were ok now but I feel drained. turns out I have lost all my confidence in every thing and I just gonna take baby steps to help ne get on track.

I had so many goals but the diet is such an issue where I just cannot get s grip of it. Also iv just started on my training so getting into a routine is hard. .........

also when I was at the gym I started to choke as I still have a cold and was sick 3 times.

Having a off week .....sigh

Its always hard when you're having a stressful week. I never work out when I feel under the weather because I know I will hate it and it will definitely influence my later work outs.
You say you had so many goals? Like what kind of goals? In life or just diet=wise?

life goals hun. I wanna be a personal trainer but I wanna be fit and healthy before I do it. then I started to question whether I can do it. ........I need some time I think xxx

I thought I had the eating under way so started the exercise but im ravenous lol. I think this cold is taking its toll a bit now xx

I find I'm so much more hungry on training days. I always make sure I have a big breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert (yog/fruit) so I can constantly eat xxx
 
I also find if I snack on fruit, I'm hungrier! Lol

yea really you should be having 5 meals a day little and often and I don't eat enough I know bi don't. but if im on sf I can have some protein before the gym can't I as it's free? x

Oh, what a great goal! :) You will def be able to relate to future overweight clients ;). It makes sense you need to think about it. It is a big decision. Good luck xxx

ahh im all over today with my thoughts. I think im gonna defo follow ww still on the sf plan and get weighed but not think about what I'm eating and weighing and concentrate more on my body changing shape ......hopefully x
