I think it's where I never exercised while on Cambridge so I was all soft and wobbly, but where I was training and building plus burning fat, I was heavier but smaller x
think that's where im at. ill post my measurements up. I need to be eating more im starved all the time x
I always have a really good breakfast and I don't care if its high points because I know it's good like museli or porridge. Then I have a 10:30 snack. Lunch at about 12pm then a 4pm snack. Gym then dinner after. Do U have a small breakfast? That could be part of the problem? I also always have a sweet treat after dinner like yogurt or meringue. Make up a big bowl of sugar free jelly to eat too x

hmmm maybe im going wrong completely. ......need a big breakfast. im not so much a cereal fan tho but might force myself to like it. I like porridge so will have that for my breakfast. I have far too much chocolate so might swap to jelly. xx

I'm a cake fiend an bloody love cake. It's been so hard resisting at work this week coz there's loads of cakes at work. But when I wake up the next day knowing I've been good its such a goo feeling. When I'm hungry and want to snack at night, I have a hot drink and it goes away usually x
yea work is hard. ....but I resist still. I love crisps and I haven't had any for 5 days now woop xx
