hi sarah, do what you think is best when ur ready ! you wouldnt train for a tricathlon from doing absolutely no excercise previously, you wld build up to it gradually :) set yourself small goals to start with & im sure once you start healthy eating and see just a few lbs drop off it will spur you on to do more, once you've achieved a little you will gain ur confidence back in yourself and believe in yourself more and gradually build up to the gym and training, if you set too much for yourself in one go, it's more likely to lead to you falling off the wagon big style. good luck x

d mince and dumplings. .....half good

chocolate .....not good lol

4th day of no crisps which im chuffed about and trained my legs tonight.

feel good but need to be eating more x

Right missy I'm gonna tell u off now!!!! If you don't go and face the scales, you may have another bad week. If I was u, however $hit it will be, go, get weighed and get a kick up the bum. When I know I've been bad, I always weigh and that makes me refocus, no one will think bad of you, you pay for the support and help. Mwahhhhh xxxxxxx

sowy hahaha iv stepped on them im 3lb up this week. absolutely gutted. tan iv been doing ww since Sept and lost half a stone in total. ......im thinking ww isn't for me xx

Stock with it, really focus this week on simply filling/proponents or a mix of both. Treat it like week 1, be religious about tracking and don't be scared to use the weeklies. It will refocus you, and you will 1000% see a drop on the scales, I promise xxx
If you don't, we'll rethink the plans hahah xxx

I think Im just winding myself up thinking constantly. ok ill give it one more week. new points tomorrow and go from there xxx
 
Sorry to hear youre struggling sarah, it can be hard huh... Does it work to think about your ultimate goal? Those 3lbs will come off before next WI I am sure of it!
