I'm doing good! Except I have to confess I just had a bit of a binge! 2x peanut kitkat chunky's and 2x handfulls of sweets! Not too bad I prob burnt more than that in Cals anyway, but just gonna try and get back on it for the rest of the day, and keep going!

You are doing great on the exercise. I think you should be very proud about how you have got back on board with exercise and healthy eating after having time off over the last few weeks.
