sarah's simply filling food diary

That's cool! I'll have a look in asda. It be interesting to see how many calories I could burn in a day! Does it work out calories from your heart rate?

I'm not sure Cals shows on the screen then u press the big button and hold it in and it calculates the heart rate so I actually don't think it does! The Cals burned did shoot up during exercise tho

Third day of insanity done, moves were easier but after such a tough workout yesterday it was tough again today!

hey hun,

how are you today? look like you on a roll with the exercise! xx

I'm doing good! Except I have to confess I just had a bit of a binge! 2x peanut kitkat chunky's and 2x handfulls of sweets! Not too bad I prob burnt more than that in Cals anyway, but just gonna try and get back on it for the rest of the day, and keep going!

The peanut butter ones r only 245 Cals a bar!

I reckon you are right not to worry too much about the chocolate, best just to move on from it. Do you know what led to it? i.e letting yourself get too hungry before a meal, feeling emotional etc etc.

You are doing great on the exercise. I think you should be very proud about how you have got back on board with exercise and healthy eating after having time off over the last few weeks. :)

Thankyou sparkle and daisy! Just done my cardio recovery and it's nice and slow but still kills ur muscles! I really recommend the insanity, its so nice to have different workouts rather than one workout for 2 months! I really like it and I hate cardio!

I'm not brave enough to do it,haha! But I agree bout having different workouts as it can get boring doing the same ones plus keep the body guessing when workouts are different!

It's not that bad if u just stay at ur own pace, it keeps saying along the screen 'know ur limits' and 'rest when needed'!
I guess it is good that ur body doesn't get used to the same old workout

Maybe one day I'll do it,have to up my exercise first :0)

There is a lady on the DVD that hasmt exercised b4 and gone straight into insanity! I heard him say it on the first one! But I suppose u have to b careful what u do with ur skin!?

When it's something that makes me sweat alot or friction on my feet then I have to be careful.Thats why the bike rides and toning suits me though I do DVDs sometimes aswell.Im just not making the effort with exercise right now.But I will get into it again :0)
