sarah's simply filling food diary

I think some nuts would be a great way of having a few more calories without eating rubbish, they're full of protein and healthy fats And I've read almonds in particular helps you metabolise certain fats better, they're good after a workout.
Great day back on plan. Well done.

Lol!! Well my worst is 'pure cardio' look I put sad faces next to it!! Hate it! image-2852446449.jpgThat drill after basketball is tough!!! Just keep at your own pace if it gets too fast! You'll suprise yourself on your 2nd fit test!! I dunno how you mange kettleballs aswell! I have to do other exercise before insanity or I won't make myself do it lol!!!

Did you take all your measurements?

I see u like the cardio recovery day mid wk! I thought this one was tough! Is pure cardio harder? It was literally just the abs for 8 mins, I find that I'm knackerd during the cardio but after a stretch or cool down I feel fine, its not till u stop and sit down that u feel it! I found I kept my form good today as well, im actually really pleased with how I did!

I took my measurements and weight today! I only gained 0.75lb since last mon so not much of a gain from being off plan this wk! I'm now 10.13 so that's an 8lb gain in the last month off plan, I'm hoping that will come off easily but to b honest I'm more interested in getting into a size 10! I purchased another pair of sz 10 jeans a top and a dress and they all fit except I haven't tried the top yet?! The jeans go on just my baggy belly and love handles bulge out so my goal is a loose size 10 then to my goal of a size 8! My only problem is I'm sure I'm fatter than a size 10/12 I just don't feel like I look like it!

I'm not a big fan of nuts except salted peanuts and they r full of fat!

I can't believe uve never tried a chunky kit kat! They r so good, lots more chocolately!

So my cal burning went up when I took my watch off for a bath! Not sure idle it was just catching up with it's self or just not that accurate! :/ I'm on 1481 now!

Well cardio recovery is stretching and a few toning! Easy compared to others. That's why I like it. Pure cardio hardest for me out of them all. I did it today with the abs as well. We all have our strengths and weaknesses so you may find it easia that me. I'm dreading the 2nd month already but I'm loving the challenge.

Where did you buy the calorie counting watch?

I think I will love the stretching! I like yoga, I used to do a yogalaties DVD and loved it, but don't have it anymore! If it's harder moves than Plyometric cardio I will not enjoy it! But a challenge! I hear the second month is alot harder! But im looking forward to rest wk!
I got my watch from asda was £19.97 and it does heart rate, Cals, time/date, alarm and can't remember what else but it does 7 things, it's boyish looking but I think it's good! Expensive and u can get heart rate watches for like a fiver on eBay but they prob won't b as good quality!

Sarah if a couple of size 10s fit I hate to break the news to you but THAT MEANS YOU ARE A SIZE 10 :-D I am sure you will beat your goal dress size way before your weight target of 7 and half stone I really do! X

Yeah it's looking that way! If I go down to 7.7 I will prob b like a size 0

Exactly! It's nice that you could be at goal a couple stone sooner than you thought, especially with all that exercise :) x

Yeah :) I still hate how I look tho so I hope that goes too!

I agree with Laura, I reckon if you went down to 7.7 you'd be teeny tiny!
Brilliant that you're already size 10 though. Great stuff. Good food today too.
