My feet sweat with kettlebells and insanity and I do it bare foot! Ur doing alright with exercise daisy, ur loosing anyway so I don't see u need to up the exercise

Aw thanks Sarah,I think when i get to goal I'll up it abit but mainly to tone and it still won't be loads! You're good doing it barefoot!
 
Food looks very good from yesterday Sarah and really interesting (and impressive) to see how many calories you burnt during the day.

I used to do alot of the DVDs in my living room bare foot but then I got a really nasty splinter in my foot. Bloody floorboards :( Put me off for ages.

:) I have a really thick carpet so it's nice and cushioned! I don't own a pair of trainers!

Yeah my oh stupidly thought they were a good idea, but the dog hair sticks to it really bad!

That's the downside to carpets! I live in a converted school so the floor boards are the old school so I quite like that :0)

U done both this evening??

I did the cardio recovery today! A nice change. I can feel my stomach muscles r tight, (been doing my 8 min abs) after too but the prolem is my fat on my belly just don't seem to b budging! The parts of my body that don't have much fat r starting to look loads better but my 3 problem areas r still not going (belly, lovehandles, top of legs) I no it's early days with insanity but I've been exercising for a good couple months now :(

Nutrigrain bar
Ww Nutrigrain bar thing
Handfull sweets
2x kit kat chunky's

Not great with snacks but it's totm and the kit Kats r all gone now I promise!

30 min walk
8 min abs kettlebells
 
Since starting insanity I have noticed I can't eat a big meal, I get half way through and I'm stuffed!
 
Only said that to my dad yesterday.. I don't be hungry after any form of exercise.. I think most others do b more hungry after... But not me...

Looks like a yummy day.. Few snack but they were good healthy snacks.. Well done.. Especially when its totm

Thanks Frances, thing is I did insanity at 10.30/11 and I struggled with my tea! At 5-5.30! A bit strange really! I feel hungry after swimming but that's it
 
Wow I'm the opposite, insanity makes me hungrier.

Pure cardio is a DVD on its own for first few time then you'll see later it also adds in abs aswell. So you do both. I think anyway!

On my chart it says pure cardio tomorrow and next wk I have pure cario and abs, is that 2 different workout then? I thought it just b in one workout?!
 
How many minutes did it take u to do both? Is abs like cardio or stretching

I think your meals look good yesterday. Don't worry about the snacks I think when you've been off plan a while like us you need to wean yourself off the sugar fixes slowly!

It's on the same disc. Just do pure cardio and then the abs after. Abs isn't very long. 20mins maybe. I think it's preparing us for week 5 or 6?? when all the workouts are longer.
