I was meant to put the soup was gorge! My daughter even tried it, she screwed her face up when she put the spoon in her mouth then smiled and looked all surprised and went uuuuummmm!
 
Thankyou for the wine pp, is that any brand? Rose ect? It will b at a pub, I don't expect they will have ww wine tho I've heard it's mank anyhoo!
 
Hmm well let me tell you ww wine is gross! In my opinion!

If you have the brand I'll look on my app sarah but there usually the same as the generic 'white wine'

I love good quality wine! I started to love red wine too!
 
There all 3 mainly for 125ml
But a larger glass is 5 that's 175ml

Gained 0.75lb today! Not happy
 
It's not too bad! Body weight fluctuates all te time, you could weigh tomorrow and be sTS!

Did you do anything differently last week?

Ate less chocolate and use more pp on meals! I do feel a little bunged up, I haven't been as much as I normally do day b4 Wi! I'm thinking of doing as many sf days as I can this wk I'm not sure I can b bothered with all the preparation tho? I'm really not happy about Wi tho I feel really pissed off my losses have been hardly anything the last few weeks, it's been like gain Sts 1lb off ever since my day off I've hardly lost anything!
 
Well I think every loss is good! You Have lost LOADS of weight and the closer we get to target out wl slows!

Maybe your not 100% if your not feeling well and your body is retaining fluid or something!

I imagine gains can annoy but forget about it! Start a new fresh week and maybe next week you'll lose double.

Oh correct me if I'm wrong wasn't it around about your day off that you switched from SF to pp?
 
Really sorry to hear about your gain, Sarah. But as Purpled says weight can flucuate hugely and you did mention that a sneaky peak earlier in the week suggested a loss so maybe its just your body not cooperating on the right day.

Did you have anything that was saltier than usual in the last day or two? I know that has a big effect with me on retaining water.
 
Meaning this to be helpful rather than sound cheeky but maybe it was the chip shop chips?

It's just that when they give values for things like this they are just a guess for an average portion and can vary wildly!

Obviously dining in is different as the recipes and weights are pretty set so the values can be pretty accurate, but takeaways are a whole different story.

For example on sw they gave syns for average portions of Indian and Chinese food and a weight. A lot of people just took that syn value and used it but when people actually weighed their portion it was often 2 or 3 times the weight quoted as an average portion if that makes sense? X

I haven't checked my weight this wk waited till Wi day, that must have been someone else

Sorry to read this for you Sarah, if you can try not to let it get you down too much, you will probably have a bigger loss next week. You are doing everything right and are making the diet work for you. The important thing is if you stuck with it, try to be as strict with yourself as you can this week and focus on your next wi x

Wk 18 was when I switched to mostly pp days, end of wk 18 I lost 2lb
End of wk 19 I lost 2.5lb
Beginning of wk 20 had my day off Gained 1lb
End of wk 21 lost 0.5
End of wk 22 lost 1.75lb
End of wk 23 (this wk) gained 0.75lb

Meaning I have lost 0.5lb in 4 weeks since my day off!

0.5lb in a month!!!!

Looking at the bigger picture though it's mostly really good losses!

Yeh it's a pain that takeaways can really only be a guess at best but you are doing so well - stick at it and I'm sure you'll get a nice big loss next week to make up for it our bodies and scales can just be a little uncooperative sometimes x
