sarah's simply filling food diary

Great inch loss Sarah! I've got a couple of new meals to try this week a sausage and cheese pasta bake-10pp, turkey and sweet corn meatloaf and Asian turkey patties with coriander rice. Tomorrow I'm having garlic chicken and wedges! SF day tomorrow. Enjoying SF at the minute and it stops me eating so much crap on SF days. X

They all sound really tasty! Don't forget to take pics! Let me no which ones r really yummy!

Gammon, roast chicken, Shepard's pie, pasta for lunch
Not a lot! I'm not very good at thinking up new meals!

Mmmm Shepard's Pie is yummy :)

Sounds good hon. I go through stages of trying new stuff and then going back to old classics like Spag Bol and shepherds pie. Usually most adventurous after getting a new cookbook! X

It would b good if u could get a sf cookbook!

Yeah I have a weight watchers book free as when I joined it was promotion! But everythin is quite high propoints! And no SF recipes!

Sometimes it's hard knowing what free ingredients to add to create the flavour or somethig that isn't free.

I agree with that!

Sf day today, been very good so far just

OSS

2x Crumpets

Beans on toast (x3 ww bread)

Home mixed yoghurt

So I think I'm doing very well so far and really really enjoyed my beans on toast, did use 1pp for butter but i think that's ok!

That looks like a really good back on track SF day to me :) Did you say you have got steak for tonight? Mmmmm.

I think your plan of allowing yourself a few PPs each day is a really sensible plan, its far too easy to think "b***er it" if you are too strict after a few days off plan.

Greak news on the inch loss too! That's really good in quite a short space of time.

Thankyou!

Yeah steak tonight with homemade chips, corn on the cob and petit pain!

When should I come round??

Sounds gorgeous. I love corn on the cob. Must add some to the shopping list for next week. :)

About 20 mins! :) don't think ud make it! It won't b around for long!

Sounds like you are back on track well done! X

Good day Sarah and why don't I have corn on the cob very often? It's yummy! I've often thought they should do a SF cook book but at least when they highlight the SF foods you can see what is easy to adapt and what isn't. I do adapt a few ww recipes to make them SF. X

There's loads of slimming world recipes too that would be free on simply filling :) I'm not very adventurous with recipes I mostly freestyle! X
