Yes its 350ml skimmed 250ml semi skimmed and 175ml whole milk

I think certain 1% milks are 350ml aswell.

I use my syns like a bank. I get 20 a day as im so big.

So 5 everyday for a week would be 35. 10 syns would be 70 and 15 would be 105. I get 140.

So yesterday I had no syns just cos I didnt need any.

Today ive only had 2 so far.

So I usually put at the end of my days food something like this

2/140

Then the next day say I have 30 syns ill put 32/140.

Some days ill eat like 30 syns and then I wont have some for a couple of days.

Its up to you.

Some people have treat meals and use there syns on those.

Aslong as you log every syn it doesnt really matter how you do it.

im fancying some choc now but I need to stop eating chocolate so much.

any ideas for a low syn chocolate?

no picturea tosay....food pretty boring lol
