Hi Hun, just had a little catch up, you seem so determined lately!! :) your doing fab with all your exercise, is it giving you more energy?
10 syns is a lot for those little chocs!! Have you tried the new mini magnums. I got some creme brûlée inspired ones, think it was 6 for 1.99 in tescos, only 5 or 6 syns, and they had other problems.

Oh I'm rubbish at the mo! Had a completely off plan day today as I ended up going out last night and drank so much! Those Magnums sound lovely!

I've bought a load of quorn and am thinking of trying green days as often as possible. Need to get back on track properly. Seem to have at least one day off a week at the moment!
 
Had a great workout this morning! 2 mile walk to the pool, 1.4 mile swim (90 x 25m lengths) of front crawl, nonstop. And then 2 mile walk home! Burned about 1400 calories!

Stopped at the shop and got some good healthy bits. Made a lovely lunch when I got in. Cous cous soaked in veg stock with spring onion, onion, peppers, green beans and cheese (HExA), homemade hummus (1 syn), cottage cheese, salad with beetroot and boiled egg. Loads! Was really satisfying.

Had a Danio yoghurt for breakfast with raspberries and blueberries.

Hoping my photos of breakfast and lunch will work...

Trying to do red and green days this week I think. Red today. Plan is...

B: mushroom (sf), onion (sf) and cheese (HExA1) omelette (f) with low fat cottage cheese (f) and ham (f)
L: bacon (f), boiled egg (f), salad (sf), hummus (1 syn) dressing (1 syn), bread roll (HExB1).
D: chicken (f), wrapped in bacon (f) and stuffed with Philadelphia light (HExA2)

Will have 2 x Alpen Lights at some point as my other HExB.

Apparently red days have the best weight loss results, but I find them quite difficult. Found yesterday's green day easier to do.
 
Thanks! Had a good time although my friend got really drunk so spent most of the time looking after her.

I'm feeling so off track with SW at the moment. Because I knew I was drinking last night, I ate loads of crap during the day. I've done the same today as hungover. I think I need to take things one day at a time. And plan more. Don't know where my motivation has gone!

So I still have a HExB and a HExA left. Will definitely use the HExB on cereal bars at some point. Not sure about the HExA.
 
I'm going to update this as often as possible as a way of keeping me on track!

Needed some salad so decided to go a bit further away for it rather than the shop opposite! Used track my walk and it was 3 miles altogether and burnt 500 cals.

Dinner... I'm having chicken stuffed with Philadelphia light (HExA), and wrapped in bacon. I'm going to try to do some cauliflower mash... Not sure how well it'll work. Going to have lots of veg on the side.

Also bought some Oatly Chocolate milk which I believe is a HExA so need to check that. If I'm going to be doing more red and green days, I want to have a mix of HExA instead of all cheese!
