Thanks, was so pleased!

Feeling really hungry today for some reason. Am having a green day.

B: Danio strawberry yoghurt (1), raspberries, blueberries and banana (all sf)

S: 2 x Alpen Light (HExB1) - tried the lemon one - so nice!

L: salad, spring onion, tomatoes and cucumber (all sf), with pasta (f), Philadelphia light (HExA1) and onion, peppers and mushrooms (all sf).

Plan for dinner is a potato with beans and cheese - bit boring though. Will use 2 syns for spread. Will have salad with it too.

As that is only 3 syns used, I might have a Curly Wurly at some point. May use my other HExB later for some more Alpen Lights!
 
Here is my breakfast and lunch...

Breakfast looks disgusting but is lovely!

I worked for 3.5 hours earlier and was going to go swimming. Decided not to though. This is the first time since September that I haven't had any assignments to think about and I start full time next Wednesday at work, so want to make the most of the time off that I have left.

I am ahead of where I want to be with my swimming so should be ok to miss it, and me and dave will go swimming on Monday and maybe Tuesday too.

Feeling very in control today which is lovely!

Had a yummy tea. Jacket potato with spread, beans and cheese. With a salad with cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes and beetroot. And cottage cheese and homemade hummus! Photo below...

Going to have a curly wurly later I think.

Have made my lunch for tomorrow. Red day...

S: 2 x Alpen light
L: bacon sarnie with salad and mayo (1), crisps (4), fruit
D: chicken wrapped in bacon and cheese, lots of veg
 
I often cooking things like that in one of those oven bags too, that way all the juices stay in and it's much more tasty and tender I think.
 
Oh I just make my own little parcel out of foil - only started because our baking trays are so disgusting here that I put foil under everything!

Am feeling positive for today. Red day.

D: chicken topped with pizza toppings... Hope it works! Served with lots of veg. HExA

So have a HExB and HExA left - will take some cereal bars to work with me.

Feeling pretty positive. Looking forward to weigh in and hopefully a loss or at least a maintain. Not going to weigh beforehand as I usually do!

S: ham and chocolate milk (HExA)

Dinner will be some sort of chicken topped pizza thing!

Weigh in tomorrow. It's at 7:30 which I hate! But it's a better located class for me and less people so lots quicker.

It's so thick! When I went to Australia I got a bit addicted to this yoghurt which was plain but had lots of passionfruit sauce - this is pretty similar! The yoghurt is plain - wouldn't eat it on its own. But with the sauce, it's amazing! So thick - can stand a spoon up in it.

I much prefer a morning or lunch weigh in but this'll have to do for now. Think once my countdown runs out then I'm going to try to do it from home to save money. See if I can. If I fail then ill definitely head straight back!
 
Wahhhh weigh in in 1.5 hours and I'm so hungry! Am eating normally today as I think I need to be sensible, but not having dinner before I go.

Usually have whatever I want after weigh in but I feel like I need to stop that. Think instead I might buy two chocolate bars or something - so it feels like a massive treat but I can build my syns over the week around it.

I'm hoping for a loss but definitely don't deserve it based on my last 1.5 weeks! The last half week I have been perfect so hoping it will work out ok. Need to appreciate that I could well put on - especially as I'm weighing in the evening too.
