Had a lovely lie in this morning and then popped to town to the post office and to get sun tan lotion.

Got up quite late so won't have breakfast. Going to have a red day I think. Should have planned it last night! Was thinking of having extra easy but after doing a few red and green days, I don't want to have only one of each healthy extra!

Lunch will be eggs and bacon on toast. Dinner is chicken stuffed with Philly and wrapped in bacons with veg.

With have 2 Alpen Lights as snacks and a glass of hazelnut milk later with some Reeses Pieces!
 
Absolutely loving today! Have been in the sun for hours (sensibly with sun tan lotion this time!) and have got a lovely colour. I tan so easily and feel so much more confident with a tan.

Food has been good and I'm confident ill be ok the rest of the day.

Have chatted to my housemate a lot about SW as she has started. She has some cereal bars but they aren't HExB ones but she says they are - she won't take my advice! Bit frustrating. She also takes swigs of coke (full sugar) or has a quorn sausage or two and doesn't syn them. Won't take my advice on that either. We walked to work and back which is only 10 mins each way but she will count that as exercise and then justify extra syns because of it.

I suppose what she is having now is a lot better than what she was having before so it will still work - but frustrating that she is doing it so half heatedly.

She did kettlebells today though so that was good and she says she will come swimming with me tomorrow. I'm going to really encourage her to work out with me as that'll be good if she isn't following SW perfectly!

I sound so critical. Bit mean of me. But it's annoying that she is making rules up!

Anyway... My day is lovely and I plan to do the same tomorrow. Just chill in the sun!

I'm sat in the garden typing this but the sun has just gone in... NOOOO!

Had a sneaky weigh in this morn and I am VERY happy with what I saw. Tomorrow will be my official one though. Got up nice and early and went for a swim - 40 frontcrawl in 23 mins. Then came back and did 15 mins kettlebells.

Struggling to decide what to do for food today. I only like pasta with a cheesy sauce and like Philly light for that but have run out. Have no potatoes. May pop to the shop but don't really want to have to!

Need to do a food plan for the week really to stay on track. Also going to book into some exercise classes tomorrow so I have to go to them!

My housemate who started SW (the one I occasionally mention!) came swimming with me this morning. She hasn't weighed herself in years and I said she needs to so that she can know if SW is working! She was really shocked and upset but I said maybe it'll help. She never weighed herself when she dieted before. This time, she should see numbers going down and set targets etc and then be able to use that as motivation.
 
Tomorrows a big day... First weigh in since leaving SW classes and my dissertation is back! Hopefully will be a good day!

Had a nice day today - bit gutted the sun was hidden though! Have prepared my dinner for tonight and tomorrow night - chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Philly light. Lots of mushrooms too. Have wrapped it up so all I need to do is pop it in the oven.

Also made my salad for tomorrow and Tuesday - bacon, boiled egg, cheese and loads of salad and veg.

Preparation is key for me!

Love how much exercise your doing. I noticed how flabby my arms are and really need to target them I think.
Cant believe you can diet and not weigh. To start with you can't feel any changes do you need to see the scales go down or you wouldn't carry on.
Hopefully she'll sort of realise how hard you work at it, and give it 100%?

Weigh in (after 4 days) is loss of 4lb!! So happy! I sneakily weighed in yesterday and it showed a 6lb loss - wish I had taken that one! But 4 is brill. Especially or only four days!

Did a quick ten mins cardio and abs last night too and I can really feel that today!

Just realised that having a binge because I have weighed in hasn't even crosses my mind- and I'm not going to. Maybe I'm making progress!

Off to work now and hopefully diss results will be in soon - I've been checking the Internet since midnight!
 
Ah that's AMAZING! Well done!! So are you all finished now? How's the job hunt going?

Nope - just wish I was! I have a great job at the uni though with a great wage (especially as I don't pay tax!). It'll cover me so that I can have the Summer off. Me and Dave are just planning on moving into the new place (when we find it!) and have our Amsterdam and Spain trips planned. Hopefully will go camping at some point. Have my birthday too. Just have a nice Summer off hopefully!

Will be weird for you I suppose having the Summer off and Aaron working?!

L: 2 x bacon, 2 x eggs, cheese (HExA1), tomaotoes, salad and beetroot. Alpen Light (1/2 HExB2), crisps (4)
S: few pieces of ham
D: chicken, stuffed with Philly Light (HExA2) and wrapped in bacon. with Mixed veg. Yoghurt (1.5)
S: Milky Bar (7)

17 syns so 2 over but I'm fine with that
 
Having a not so good day for food. I'm on my period and its so painful. Just feeling the need to eat, but not actually hungry. Was up earlier than normal as I had to be at a test centre to take my Literacy Skills Test for my course at 7:45.

B: banana, toast (HExB1), spread (2), marmite
S: yoghurt (1.5), Alpen Light (1/2 HExB2)
L: salad, tomatoes, beetroot, bacon, egg, cheese (HExA1), Alpen Light (1/2HExB2), Caramac (8.5)
S: Magnum (13)

As you can see I am slightly over syns! I bought a caramac for later - within syns. Then someone at work bought me a Magnum. I wanted it. Plus I couldn't say no as we don't have a freezer so it would have melted and everyone else had one so didnt want another!

So I'm on 25 syns which I can easily claw back over a few days - though I just seem to want more chocolate!

Was supposed to do Zumba and them Step tonight after work. My tummy is so sore so decided to do kettlebells at home instead so I can stop if I'm hurting.

Really tempted to get some chocolate and have a night in bed after kettlebells. Is that bad?!
