Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

Struggling today. Sandwich for lunch and a couple of Double Stuff Oreo's. Should have got more sleep last night...feeling very sleepy and lacking in willpower! xxx

Hope you're okay babe. Just get back on it today! Did you get a good sleep? xxxx.

Morning gorgeous!

Yes thanks - went to bed at 8.30pm! Feel much better for 10 hours of Zzzzzzzz's! Dinner was on plan last night, but I did have a small slice of cheesecake for pudding....line drawn!

Was going to fast today but my boss has just said she wants to have my 121 over lunch in the cafe downstairs and there's not much choice down there other than paninis or jacket potatoes so will go for an EE day instead I think:

B - Muller Greek (1/2) and a 'nana
L - Jacket spud with chilli and a little bit of cheese (HEXA) + side salad
D - something with mushrooms and asparagus as that's what in the fridge! Omelette with HEXB garlic bread maybe?!
Snacks - some synnage in there somewhere

xxx

Ooh lovely - a good sleep sounds just what you needed!

A nice cheesy spud sounds good to me! I'm getting excited for the cheese comas over Christmas! :D

xxxx

Glad I wasn't the only person who went to bed at 8:30 last night! And I hadn't even had an exciting weekend just a crazy day at work!

Have a good day lovely :)

Hey girlies!

Not doing very well on plan at the mo unfortunately! Not sure if calorie counting would make it not sound so bad but don't have time to look up cals now:

Muller Greek (90)
Salted popcorn (88)
Subway chicken teriyaki (think this is under 350 cals?)
Out for dinner with Dave and the 'rents tonight so not sure what dinner will bring - just checked out the menu and like the sound of the halloumi, chickpea and sweet potato cakes with a chargrilled courgette salad. Yum!!

Hey beautiful girl!

Don't be too disheartened...the very fact your back in the zone of being aware of what you're eating is better than blissful ignorance so even if you're not 100% back on it, don't lose sight of the positive improvements!

CC would give you more flex on the things you can eat but much less flex on the amount...so I guess it really depends on what's the priority, high cal or high volume?

Dinner tonight sounds yummy! Do you have any time to whip up some batch stuff to keep in reserve for the week? Or a new good Sw friendly recipe you can try out to give you a burst of momentum?! Xxxxxx oh and anymore news on the job front?! Xxxx

Thanks gorgeous girl! Loving your messages from the sunny side of Europe!

We are out for dinner tonight and eating at the in-laws on Friday night so only tomorrow to go. Might try a 500 cal day as I'm WFH.

Not sure I will have time for any batch cooking but there are some portions of veggie pasta bake and SW friendly risotto in the freezer to kick start me again next week. Deffo need 2 fast days next week as we are away at the wedding from Thursday night 'til Sunday.

Feeling a bit gutted that I could have and should have been at target by now, but have let myself get carried away again. But I have two beautiful dress options to wear at the wedding so I guess I need to look at that as the silver lining! I'll get back in the 9s one day soon!!

No job news yet - it still hasn't come up on the intranet, but had a chat with HR this morning and it should be on the board in the next few days. Will be interesting to see what the spec actually says and what the package looks like. Exciting times potentially!!

Hope you're having a totally awesome time!! xxxxx

Those freezer surprises are my saviour I swear...if I didn't batch cook I'm sure I would end up with a mcd's most nights as I walk home from the tube (I'm sure they pump the smell of fresh chicken nuggets out the windows!)

I can't wait to see what dress you choose
For the wedding! Where is it? Thursday to Sunday?! Oh I do love a whole weekend wedding, just one huge party of love! Haha! So your two options are the navy lace one and the other you got with your mum recently?

I know we're both guilty of not hitting our targets when we thought we would/should....but then again look at all the damn fabulous memories made along the way. The odd glass of champers or meal out is part of life! It's the discipline in between the good times that I need to hone!!! :) we'll get there! Those 9s have your name on them and aren't going anywhere! Xxx

Aww love your posts l'il Ging!

Yep the navy lace one is still in the frame plus the new one - need to post a pic of it on. Might try it on tonight if I get time.

There's a wedding rehearsal on the Thursday eve (Dave's best man so need to be there for that), followed by dinner and drinks. Not sure what we're doing on the Friday but it seemed daft to drive back from Hampshire only to go down there again on the Friday eve! They are fairly close to Winchester and Salisbury so might do some Christmas shopping, maybe go for a bit of a pamper sesh too if I can find a reasonably priced massage/facial etc.?

Then the wedding is on Saturday. Can't wait to see Dave in his kilt - he is going to look so flippin' gorgeous!! Will be lovely to catch up with the lovely girls from the hen too.

Staying at the happy couple's house on the wedding night too (as well as Thur and Fri), which is good - no need to book hotels. Then home on the Sunday to recover!!

xxxx

Awe wow your wedding weekend sounds brilliant .. I should be at target too really , but Florida, New York, turkey and weddings got in the way of that this summer, but I have had a brill time, it's just a shame champers gets in the way sometimes eh? Xx

Wedding weekend sounds wonderful :)

And technically a lot of us should have been at target by now but it just doesn't work like that. At least you're still aware and trying. Regardless you are so beautiful as you are anyway xxxxxxxx

Thanks girls! Wedding is actually next weekend. It's weekend at Masterchef (Step) Mother In Law's this weekend. Really looking forward to both though! xx
