Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

That's 2 fabulous weekends in a row , very jealous xx

How was masterchef weekend? xxxx

Hey gorgeous girlies!

I'm flippin' well off plan again. Can't get my head in the game. Grrrrr!!

Anyway, weekend was awesome - really chilled and lovely. Walked the dog (their 10 month old cocker spaniel is the cutest!!), read the papers, drank lots of tea, did some baking with MasterChefMIL.

On Saturday night she made roasted partirdge topped with a herby crumb with rosemary potatoes, butternut squash puree and broccoli. Followed by a Princess Cake which I helped her make in the afternoon - we looked up the versions from the episode of Bake Off and reckon ours was nearly as good. She said my sponge was amazing so I was super chuffed!!

Need to have a trying on sesh for the wedding tonight as still haven't had time. Weather forecast isn't looking great to need to finalise my non-Louboutin option because I don't want to get the babies wet or muddy outside the church or barn!!

Hope everyone's well!

Ooh that good sounds lovely ... Go easy on yourself , get the wedding out of the way and then drag that pretty head of yours back into the game ;) xx

Had a try on last night but had spent the evening at the walk-in centre with my Mum and Grannie as Grannie's wrist is still incredibly swollen and painful. Can't remember if I told you guys but she fell over a couple of weeks back (she can't remember how) - took her to the walk in centre who were lovely and said it was fractured. We then had to take her back to the fracture clinic last week and saw a not-very-nice doctor who said it wasn't fractured and just put it in a splint. Yesterday it was really painful and at a funny angle and her fingers were pointing at odd angles so we took her back. The doctor was so lovely, gave her a split which actually fitted her and sorted out some different painkillers for her to try.

Gosh, I digress! So yes, tried on both dress options last night and, to be honest, I felt massive in both of them! The blue one covers my arms, which is good, but even with my Spanx on, i felt like I really had to breathe in.

Am having my nails done and then going to the cinema with my bestie tonight so won't have chance to try on again 'til tomorrow eve when I also need to pack. Hoping a cheeky spray tan on Friday morning will help! And might drag Dave to M&S afterwards to get some new Spanx!! Can't change my body with 4 days to go so just need to make the best of it! Hopefully everyone will be so busy looking at the Louboutins, they won't notice my huge belly or bingo wings!!

Your poor nannie. Hope she is feeling a bit better now.

I'm sure after your nails and tan you will feel loads better. A good eyebrow wax makes me instantly feel better! And yes maybe a good pair of spanx if you feel you need them. Not long to go!!!

Sorry to hear about your Nannie Sarah, hope she's on the mend now!

You will look fabulous in either outfit but a cheeky spray tan and new nails will definitely help your confidence xxx

I think tan, hair and nails makes ALL the difference!

If you can get to a Holland and Barrett, there's this stuff you can buy called "Slim-a-tee" which you can take for a few days to reduce bloat.
My friend SWEARS by it and always takes it the week before she has to wear a tight dress. I've never tried it before but I think it has a mild laxative effect. If you want to feel a bit slimmer and reduce a bit of bloat within record time, it might be worth a punt! xx

Aww sending huge love to Grannie.
My nana had a camera down her throat and checking the back of her heart yesterday...these oldies really do get put through their paces don't they?! Hopefully her arm is on the mend now.

I'm sure you will look 100% beaut at the wedding! Loads of water and minimal carbs would be my advice for a slim down quick fix! :)
Xxxxx

Sorry to hear about your grannie, one of my friends recommends the slim-a-tee as well, she actually says it tastes really nice as well.. Can't vouch for that myself.. But I am sure once you have your nails & tab done you will feel beautiful x

Aww thanks Pip! We do have Friday off (spray tan in the morning!) but you never know - I might find something amazing if we wander round town afterwards (looking like right scragbags in our old baggy clothing and orange from tan guide-colour!!).

Hopefully I'll be happy enough on the day - I'm thinking the blue one at the mo becasue it covers my bingo wings. I hate looking at photos and seeing nothing but my fat arms!! xxx

I'm completely sure you will look stunning - you're so stylish anyway that I dont think you could look bad if you tried! xxxx

Hey gorgeous ones!

Am back from the wedding, which was totally amazing, but with a nasty cold and with a heap of work stress! Will try and put a few pics up but having problems with my laptop at work uploading them.

Hope you guys had a super duper weekend - will try and catch up with diaries later...
