Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

We go to a beautiful hotel near us from Christmas Eve until 27th. Its Dave and I, my parents and both my Nan's (who are 93) - it's lovely for everyone to be able to chill together, enjoy far too much nice food and wine etc. It's total bliss! We've got the same suites as last year - I can't wait! xxx

Morning ladies!

Managed a 100% day yesterday! Woo!!

Plan for today is EE:
B - 1/2 HEXB + 1.5 syns oat and chia porridge
L - roasted tomato soup with 1/2 HEXB ryvita (topped with HEXA cheese) and salad
D - out with the 'rents at the Beefeater so going for fillet steak (2 syns for oil) with rice and salad (no dressing)
Snacks - someone from work has just come back from the States with Reece's peanut butter cups so probably one of those for 4 syns

Trying to decide whether to throw in a fast day this week, but wondering whether I'm better getting a decent SW week under my belt first. Didn't actually weigh yesterday becasue I'm terrified of the scales - just want to focus on eating right before I start getting obsessed with the numbers again. I will be able to tell by which of my jeans fit as to how I'm doing!!

Happy Tuesdays gorgeous girls

xxxx

You do have amazing pins ;) you look stunning in all your photos though!

Well done for getting back on it yesterday lovely lady :) and good luck with plan today. I think you should just see how you feel about a fast day but personally I would just stick to sw this week xxxx

Well done huni!! Crazy how when you're in the zone, a day on plan is completely normal...and yet when you've been out of the zone, managing a full day on the wagon feels like such an achievement! (I'm in the same boat!)

Good sounds delish! And grand planning at the beefeater! Ha you will literally be a beefeater! :)

Not sure what I'd do re the fasts...we all know they are fab for a wee boost when you have a busy/food filled week...but then again you don't want them to sabotage you as you gota have that willpower! Could you plan a fast day and a sw day...attempt the fast, but if all else fails, you have the sw menu to fall back on to ensure you don't just want to demolish all food in sight?!!! Xxx

Lol @ Beefeater! Might have to ********* a pic of that later!!

Excellent advice there, ladies. Need to do a quick food shop on the way home tonight as I've got a friend staying over tomorrow night and need to cook her something yummy, so can plan for all eventualities.

Am torn between doing a warm goats cheese and bacon salad or a Quorn shepherd's pie with spicy sweet potato topping tomorrow eve. Hmm...I think comfort food is gonna win that one and I can have a good ol' green day tomorrow. Perfect when it's chilly!

Need to dig out the SW mags or maybe just read back through my diary for some inspiration - I feel like I've been out of the loop so long, I've almost forgotten what my faves are!!

xxx

You didn't fail honey - you have a plan to have a super low syn day today so it'll totally balance it out.

I ended up having a red day yesterday and it was lush so updating here so I can refer back!

B - Muller Greek
L - Salad with HEXA1 cheese
D - Chicken casserole (2 syns for gravy granules) with cauli rice and roasted carrots
Snacks - 2 crunch creams (8 syns)

The salad would also win for me but I don't like Quorn :) xxxx

Morning all!

Hapy humps! So glad it's downhill to the weekend!

I did the biggest food shop in Lidl last night - we have more superfree than you can shake a very large stick at! Also was a beef-eater at the Beefeater but was so hungry when it arrived, I inhaled it before getting any photographic evidence!

Plan for today is grrrrrreen!
B - Muller Light and some pineapple
L - Roasted tomato soup with HEXB1 ryvita
D - Italian-style shepherd's pie (Quorn mince, toms, celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms and topped with sweet potato spiked with chilli flakes) - the quorn mix has been in the slow cooker all night. Yum!!

Need some inspiration for an on-plan pudding I can give my friend tonight. Am bored of Eton Mess type stuff as that's all I seem to give her when she comes for dinner and I'm on plan! Will have to pop to Tesco for some inspiration at lunchtime!

xxx

Thanks Pip - that's a good idea. Have got double HEX's today which I don't need to use so can tweak some syns from there too ;) Tempted to go and grab some eclairs from Tesco because they are only 150cals so that's not too bad at all and are a nice after dinner treat with a cuppa.

xx
