Didnt get on last night, I was pooped!!!!
Got ALL 5 barrels filled..one is 1000 Ltrs and took a good few hours!! So a lot of weeding was being done whilst it was filling....not one for sitting around. Tunc wandered around the allotment though..haha....i
Well, we didnt actually stop till 9.30 last night so consequently didnt get to the gym so running, although with all the digging, etc I did, I know I lost a few calories....I found a 5k 8 wk program that I had forgotten about..it was set up for the Race for Life! So, I am going to try this one..for wk 1 I do 3 mins power walking, and then 5 mins walking, do this 3 times....this seems a bit better for me with my leg/back. Hope to get to the gym tonight, but beforehand got to do food shop, make fish pie.....and get to the gym by around 6pm!!! Tall order really
Doing well, Day 3.....only frustration is that I am not doing any aerobic exercise...I need to address this...the walking will be part of it, and I know I dont stop, but I need to burn the fat!!!
Suppose to be a heatwave up here this weeken!! WOOOPPPEEEE..I have got a guy from the amphibian and reptile society coming to see me tomorrow to give advice about this blooming allotment pond I have got to sort! He says the pond is a mess...so, looks like we have to start again !! I will try and post a pic and you will see what a nightmare I have on my hands, but got some experts in now, so rather pleased with myself!! Why do I get involved
