Scotsmists Take on Life!!!!!! And everything else :-)

Well I managed on tonight.
Slight change, not much though.
The pizza was ham and mushroom!!! and 355 cals..haha...not much difference...mushroom and pineapple - doh!

Hubby was having some oven chips with his pizza - his was full fat one though....AND I had 2 chips! Not bad for me...and then he had his goodies as always.....and I had ONE, only one yoghurt raisin.

Reckon still within my allowance so feel ok.

My train was cancelled tonight so didnt get to Health Club till 6.35 and missed my coreball!! Really gutted.....tried to go into gym for 15 mins but just wasnt in the mood....did a 5 min walk to warm up then 1 hr in pilates :)

Did my banking today which takes me a good round trip of 20 mins...so I walked a bit today as well!!!

I AM NOT WEIGHING AGAIN.....RC said in her book not to today! haha..she must have been spying on me somehow..mmm..haha..so, I am going to take out the batteries and I will be too lazy to put them back in again. I never used to do it and dont want to start now.

Also, was reading this website of the place I have been recommended ...really good info on it for ED and there was an article about certain traits that people with EDs do and things to try and avoid...ONE BEING!!!! Yes, weighing every day and being concerned with weight! So, knocking it on the head...as I am wanting to recover and not add to my problem :)))))))))))

Well done you Iris! :) Another fab day under your ever shrinking belt ;) xxx

She is a wise lady that RC. I know weighing every day is bad for you and makes the mind focus too much on weight - but its too late in the day for me to adapt this policy now, but when I come home from holidays, obviously I wont do TFR again, but I would imagine I would have about half a stone to lose (always gain a bit on hollybobs) I have decided I am going to follow the same book as you Iris, it seems to be just what I am looking for. Even though I have to wait 3 weeks for a vodka, I am sure I can cope with that after 2 weeks in Turkey with booze flowing freely.

You just seem to have adapted to it, like it second nature now, you ARE doing amazing.

Well done on another good day Iris.

Iris, I have just had a text from Jan, and because she is seeing you soon, she is asking if you want her to bring some honey for you and your OH. If you do want it, she is asking what name/type of honey.

She is having a good time.

He wont let her bring any back for him cause of the legal implications! He really lives within the law my wee hubby :) so, can you thank her very much but we are ok! :)

Oh, to live with a Saint ! :)

Aww bless him :)

I am glad he doesn't come with me, I always have a few little jars to keep me in supply in the winter. I will pass the message to Jan though.

She is that! I didnt realise she was in Buxton a week past Tuesday at the Methodist Church! I would have gone to hear her....not sure what she was talking about. My friend lives in Buxton too! Meant to tell her off for not letting me know..haha..

Well, it will only be 2 weeks Mary as you can have it on Day 15!!!! Like you say, you will be fed up with it by the time you get back - NOT!! :8855::8855:

Yes, still enjoying it - thankfully !

I will order it tomorrow night from Amazon and I can have a good study of it before the hollybobs.

Day 12

BREKKIE
50gm fruit and fibre
milk from allowance

POWER SNACK
half orange and 1 kiwi

LUNCH
Bagel (forgot to toast it as no toaster at work - mm..not as nice)!
50gm phili light
50gm smoked salmon (dont think I had anywhere near 50gm, so will have another kiwi)!!

DINNER
Got something out the freezer which I THINK is quorn mince and will have pasta (measured amount, but cant remember how much)
And Salad!

At the hairdressers tonight - couldnt come round quick enough!!!! Fringe is very long and getting in my way and the grey hairs are showing through..oh dear!!!!! So, being pampered tonight.

Havent done much in the way of exercise at all today, which is not good. I am leaving the office early so I will have a walk down to the hairdresser and oh, walk round the shops too!!!! Not at gym tonight, so not so active today! Will have to make up for it tomorrow.

The weather forecast is gorgeous for the weekend so I am in the allotment ALL weekend which will mean loads of digging, etc..so will burn a lot of calories then! :D

Still enjoying the food but I am feeling hungry today, but nothing a nice cup of coffee cant cure !!

I am wearing my nice white jeans today and I feel GOOD! I tried on my black and white dress last night which is on my list of goals and it is looking good!!! I havent got manyof my summer clothes out yet, so it will be interesting to see them and whether they still fit! Might try and do that one night during the weekend!!!!!!

Iris, just had a quick scan through your threads, but I cant remember if you told me on your thread or on my thread - what was the name of this book again - pretty please.

That is a big bonus in itself Iris, just trying on clothes that were too tight previously, and then to be in them is amazing. Bet you feel great in your white jeans.

I am really loving the menu's with the RC book, its like you are a different person. Well done Iris.

:giggle: Mary, sick of vodka? nawwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!! Never! :rotflmao:

What is even nicer is knowing you will like what is staring back at you when you look in the mirror, or catch your profile in a shop window !!!!!:8855:

Thats a good lesson for all of us to learn Iris - to love ourselves. Easier to say than do, but we should all learn to love ourselves.
