When we went to the cinema at half term I think someone lost their maltesers - we could hear them rolling down to the front :) if they had been mine I may have had to get down on my hands and knees and chase them :) It made us giggle!

just think i was craving happens every weekend will confess to a biccy or two !!!
have loads of protien in but dont fancy it :/......................

have jelly on side and am gonna be busy tomorrow as the routine during the week is great i just cant cope at weekends

mmm its the week before the week before totm oh my god i cant be having that stretching round all month it will drive me potty !!!!

hang in there scrumps, you've had 7 totms since your start date last year. how did you get through it those times? you're so close to goal now, so we have to stay super strict. as soon as you're on conso you can time your starch/gala meals to suit, we just need to get there first - 2 or 3 weeks should do it now!!!

my totm are a pain but the pmt seems to be getting longer !!!!

been down to wolacombe beach today had a picnic well i had 2 boiled eggs and a packet of beef jerky , which the dog ate a lot of ....
been really tired today so going to up water get the multi vits out and have a lot of chicken next week

sounds like a good plan scrumper. i've really seen a difference this week having gone back to basics. i've not really had any tolerated items, and the last 3 days have seen 2.5lb fall off! if you can push through the next couple of weeks being really good then you'll be there - you can do it!
 
Scrumps - near target, this often happens... and Disney looms... and perhaps you're also like me in that, discussing Conso and "the future", can upset the apple cart.

Back on the protein!

Emm - as you say, "back to basics" can help. I luc'ed and lac'ed a little too much yesterday methinks and the scales didn't like it!

Ive decided that weekends are a danger zone as i pick rather than eat which leads to trouble i also seem to get transit issues at weekends too
headwise im 2 weeks from disney know my proitien and whole diet will go out of the window there so i think sub conciously if i dont lose any more i wont be upset with a gain ....
so im going to do a bit more pv this next 2 weeks so i sts that way after disney i can hit the pp days with avengence and maybe trick the body into losing the disney gain .....Jo im in france i will be lead astray by croissonts theres no getting away from it

so today

L 4 chicken thighs skin removed
D steak with chilli flakes and salad
 
Hey Sis...

sounds like a plan...the pre-disney STS/gain might be enough to trick your body into not hanging onto every pastry you see in disney.... then like you say back to PP when you return... I didn't put on much if anything in disney..probably because I was out of keto before I went...plus with all the walking...probably evened itself out that way :)

Tan, it's rare you get a decent croissant these days - honest. The best baker round here closed a couple of years back - I've not had one since (that I remember)!

They are not worth the calories any more - save them for cheese:p.
 
my downfall at disney was the all you can eat ethos of breakfast :) it's not like an offer it's like a great almighty gauntlet they throw down before you ;) lol....

note how the plates and trays are childsize lol :) x

Nah you'll be fine sis, plenty of walking, drink your weight in bottled water (tap stuff is despicable there), keep your protein levels up and you should get through xxx

How long are you off minimins for? x
