Secret to shaping up

You know how I obsess with ab exercises Kron ;) I was meant to do core today but went for a run & done week 1 day 1 of B210k instead as hubby will be late home tomorrow & will do core tomorrow so will do a bit of kb freestyle later :D I'm dying to try the deck squats but will be very surprised if I can do them yet :eek:

For those that are interested i have created an album - I know! Look at me go :) I think you get at it from under me haha ok hope you can figure out how to find it
In the album are some of what i think are cracking abs exercises
starring me - i have realised I didnt smile, but thats because i was concentrating on holding those moves as hubby blurred all the ones of me in motion lol
I had to 'upload' in reverse heehee has been an interesting time
If you need any more info, let me know and I will explain moves further - all moves end on the start position (sorry took ages to download the ones i did so missed some of the end positions, as they were same as start)
Aim to do 15
You may not be able to do some/all, dont worry about it, it will come. I have been doing bells for 10 months (wow that even surprised me lol) so should be able to do a bit more than you.
Adding a few of these onto what your doing will be just a bit of 'icing on the cake' lol and will tremendously helpful for getting those push ups :)

Thats my evening sorted !!! :D Looking forward to giving them all a good try. I have got to say how fab you look & how toned (sooo jealous!!!) For those of us already doing kettlebells looking at those pics are a massive inspiration for us to continue & anyone looking that hasnt started no doubt will be purchasing their first kettlebell soon ;)

Will let you know how I get on later :D

I have numbered each photo to create a set with brief description in pic file name. I think thru minimins I can add notes to each, will check that out next time. Hubby was patient as I took over his pc this afternoon t do it lol
 
Kron you are such an inspiration!!!! for your next installment can you do some thigh movements, my legs really need some work and apart from the squats there isn't a lot of leg work on kettleworx. :D:D:D

Thighs are my problem area, so be happy to pull something together - abs are so much nicer tho lol
Think of your leg muscles when working out. Whenever your knee is bent you are working muscle, make sure you squeeeeze that butt :) control your movements. When doing swings contract your thigh muscles up at the top of the swing, pull up your pelvic floor through the thrust, tightening tummy muscles, seems tricky and needs a bit of concentrated practice. Hope that makes sense;)
 
Good grief Kron, you are a-blimmin'-mazing!! How long after starting kettlebells did you manage to do those exercises? I am only just starting to be able to lift my shoulders off the floor when doing crunches :cry:

Actually, I've been thinking. I think you need to move to Scotland Kron! You can come and beast Chickadee and I Jillian Michaels style :D We'll be your bell bunnies!

After I finished kettleworx and advanced so about 3 months I got different DVDs, and looked on line to pick bits up.
I couldn't even lift my head off the floor for required number of reps lol been there! :)
My mid section was the largest part of me, so any core work was particularly difficult lol but it started deflating.
I surprised myself trying new moves and being able to do some of them, I am sure when you get a few more weeks under your belt, you will surprise yourself too ;)
 
Kron, those pics are fab, thanks so much for taking the time, I will be trying them out soon. Also, you look BRILLIANT. You're a fine-looking woman anyway and really in tip top shape, it's very inspiring and motivating. xx
 
Kron - you ARE a machine! 9b - how is that even possible!! And I love it that your doggie got into pretty much every shot. Lovely sitting room by the way.

And could I be in the Scottish gang too? (Although I am English and snuck in through the back door when no-one was looking)!!
 
That settles it then, there are 3 of us up here so you MUST come and be our PKBT!! :D
