In the album are some of what i think are cracking abs exercises
starring me - i have realised I didnt smile, but thats because i was concentrating on holding those moves as hubby blurred all the ones of me in motion lol
I had to 'upload' in reverse heehee has been an interesting time
If you need any more info, let me know and I will explain moves further - all moves end on the start position (sorry took ages to download the ones i did so missed some of the end positions, as they were same as start)

You may not be able to do some/all, dont worry about it, it will come. I have been doing bells for 10 months (wow that even surprised me lol) so should be able to do a bit more than you.
Adding a few of these onto what your doing will be just a bit of 'icing on the cake' lol and will tremendously helpful for getting those push ups
