Shameful Easter! Rejoin or face the consequences?

So, after losing 5lbs in my first week was feeling pretty good and very motivated. Then school holidays hit and it went very much downhill. You name it; I ate or drank it. Feeling very guilty and ashamed but it was totally my fault and I'm ready to get back on track. Just after opinions really, do I rejoin and make a fresh start? Or do I bite the bullet and have the gain on my record. My thinking is joining is £9.95 but if I go back to group it's 3 weeks back fees so I pay £15 ish, although not fussed about the cost. Grrr...

Well I personally would go back and face the gain otherwise u might get into a habit of doing that every few weeks n thinking it's ok I'll just start a fresh.
Go back record the gain and have it as part of this journey and that your going to now make up for it and give it a million percent :)

I'd also go and face the gain, but its up to you. I could be wrong but I think you only have to pay two weeks back fee's no matter how many weeks you miss.... although that's probably £15 as it will be the two weeks plus the week you go to weigh....

Yeah definitely face the scales, it might not be as bad as you think? + if it is you'll be able to move on from it and learn that being on plan will help you get over the last few weeks and hopefully produce some fab losses!

Im having the same debate.....my friends birthday was friday so from thurs-today we have both properly gone to town! but i say lets face the music and get right back on it! xx

Definitely be an angel from now on and face the scales! You may surprise yourself and not have as bad a gain as you think!

Drink lots of water and eat loads of sf foods, have maybe just 5 syns a day.

3lbs really isn't bad at all and if you'd rejoined you would have lost that extra 2lbs weight loss on your record. Well done for facing the music, it is hard but you've done that hard bit now :)
