That sounds lovely, I made mini quiches too yesterday the recipe was 12.5 syns because I used low low mature cheese spread but it made 14 mini quiches so its just under 1syn each and very cheesy the BF has been having a couple with his lunches. Feast week sounds brilliant let us know how it goes. Xx

I know I'm ashamed to say I laughed but please don't hate me its such a shock. Well done on your great loss so far Tracy you must feel brilliant, I'm amazed. Xxx

Oh thank you, hon, that's very nice of you to say. :) xx

Hi Aqua, how ru today?
I made a scan bran coconut cake today I got the recipe from another mini it looked weird but it smelt gorgeous. I put some rum essence in it though and that put me off a little as I put too much in but the BF likes it so it won't waste. Have you tried them? Couldn't imagine eating it as it is but the cake was very moist. Xx

Hi Cookie. Not too fond of the scan bran and tend to use my HEX on other things to be honest. Normally more for savoury things. I know at class several people do cake recipes - depends what you like hey :). Just worked out meal plan for next week and shopping list. Prob cope with Saturday night at the feast week fireworks with flexible or saved syns for battered fish but won't have any chips I think as I don't want to mess up the hard work but we will need to grab food on the run. WI night for me tomorrow night.

It sounds like you've got it worked out for the weekend, I got fruit, hi fi light bars & water ready to take with me to London on Friday for the weekend so snack wise I'm sorted but like you I'm hoping I can find something good to eat within plan at the festival so I'll let you know.

Good luck for weigh in tomorrow night, xx:fingerscrossed:

<img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=97720"/> Woop 1.5 lbs off and got my 1.5 stone award tonight. I also got Slimmer of the Month jointly with friend who goes with me so we both got certificate and award for our books :) - 6lbs off in June :) -21lbs now in total.

Fantastic , so pleased for you and the award. Well
done, great start to the almost weekend x

Yay to Aqua, you go girl, excellent loss that means our team target of 10lbs is well and truly smashed at I reckon 16lbs. Woo hoo, what shall we set for next week? Mmm

Me too. Excited but worried I might blow it. I've planned and planned but we'll have to see got loads of syns saved but with Mondays as weigh day, could be tricky!!!

Thanks Tracy. Been doing some feel good things this evening - went and had shellac nails done then came home and did my hair colour. Hubby had day off today so he's tidied :). Full house here now this weekend with son's gf here and my daughter arriving back from uni :) Fireworks at the harbour tomorrow evening :) hope all is well your end x x

Ooh, sounds like you're having some nice treats! You've just reminded me that my hair colour needs doing too - getting distinctly grey at the roots!! :O Fireworks at the harbour sounds really lovely - I hope the weather's nice for that. I'm not bad, thanks, had a busy week at work dealing with an audit, so I'm really glad it's the weekend. :) xx

Well I've been admiring this coat for weeks at £55 and today it's reduced to £30 woop - bought the next size down so it fits me when I lose some more weight :) figure then with sweaters etc in the winter it will last me a while and coats can be gotten away with when a bit bigger than your size too :) some feel good factors on the journey to a slimmer me :)

Loving the coat. Where's it from Sharon? Gotta treat yourself. I tried on my wrangler jeans which I love and haven't fit into for 2 years and they fit. Yipee! Went and got my silver roots sorted on Thursday afternoon, feel good factors!
