Sharon's Before 50 Plan

Hi Aqua, good luck of wi tonight. I had a STS I'm pleased with that given my star week but I still secretly hoped for a loss. Maybe next week. Xx

Fingers crossed for you for next week Cookie - star weeks have a lot to answer for.

Feeling really chuffed, minus 2 lbs for me and I got my 2.5 stone award :) Woop

Just had potato wedges, pineapple, gammon and egg for dinner yum yum. Majority of shopping ordered on line for delivery tomorrow evening and will pop to Aldi for a few bits on Saturday. Bought myself discount delivery on Asda - 3/12 delivery for £15 - definitely worth that.

Oo look in classes from next week. HEX B or 6 syns :). See attached pic.

Did Maggi garlic chicken for dinner tonight (5.5 syns for pkt mix but serves four) and made pepper/ onion risotto with a pinch of saffron to go with it - yum yum

My stepdaughter tidied house for me before I got home which was a lovely surprise so can fit other things into my day now tomorrow. Looking fwd to a wee lay in in the am first though :) Asda shopping just arrived so just a handful of things to get elsewhere now. Need to pick up some holiday toiletries too oh and a new hairbrush as I managed to snap the handle off oops

Ok last of the shopping sorted food wise and picked up some toiletries for hols and new hairbrushes. Bought a pair of jeans in Sainsbury's yesterday Gok ones but 20 per cent off on their clothing at the mo :). Definitely less baggy than the ones I have been wearing. Noticing some work tops are now too big etc too. Bought pjs in Sainsbury's too, 16 bottoms and 14 top - told you sizes are crazy cos 18 trousers in DP were too small still, jeans are 18 and M & s trousers are a 18. Prob could do with a 2nd pair smaller jeans for hols for France but will see, realise how much work trousers and other jeans are baggy and kept moving around if you know what I mean with how things ride up and down moving around when too big. Needs to be done at bargain prices though as still 3 stone or so to go so need to be sensible as there will be more sizes down yet.

Love the quote. Sounds like a productive day! I like sainsbury s for clothes. I know what you mean about sizes. You will need to get some stuff even though they will be too big in a few months! I need new jeans but I am holding off for a bit yet!!! I got a lovely dress size 14 from Debenham s black delighted with it. I tried on others but thought it the best one and will wear it tonight for the party and for a retirement do I am going to with hubby in a couple of weeks. I picked up 2 smart skirts for work but put them back as I can manage for now with what I have, did try them on though and they were good!!!!

Oo piccies please of dress Geordie :). Trousers/jeans you do have to be done as we lose weight though tops we can sometimes get away with for longer. Tempting with the skirts hey. Been doing a wardrobe cull today so I do now know what I have. Still need to sort through some of my going out clothes though but did quite a bit today ;) some dresses I may have taken in at a later date. Tastes change though hey

Loving the quote Aqua, I got some nice things at tesco direct, they'll give 20% off if you order by tomorrow. Can't wait for my order to come xx

Well food has been spot on this weekend. The red Thai curry we had last night was delicious - sauce from little book of sauces and cooked chicken breast, mange tout and baby sweetcorn added. Roast chicken for dinner tonight with frylight roast potatoes and parsnips. Visited family today that we've not had chance to catch up with for while. Weekends go way too fast.

Hi Aqua, meals sound lovely today, think I should pop to yours for tea this week if only you weren't so far away. Good choices this weekend xx

Cottage pie cooking, beef in red wine casserole prepped for slow cooker for tomorrow - been a v stressful day at work so given in to temptation and sat with small glass of red wine as it was open cos I needed 100 ml for casserole lol Counted it though :p.

Training day tomorrow so allowed for a sandwich tomorrow as it's easier to eat than some things. On the plus side the training is at the local cottage hospital rather than the one where I work so short commute tomorrow and a wee lay in YAY

How was your lie in and your slow cooker beef ? Mmmm. I'm wel jel of both! I can have the lie in tomorrow though yay! Xx

Hiya. Lay in was 7.30 as usually up at 6 :). Short drive to the local hospital for training day and really enjoyed the training :). Sorted out travel insurance and green flag cover for car in France, online food shop all done and booked for Fri with just Aldi bits to do at the weekend. Menu planned for next week - last full food shop that was to be organised before hols Woop. Casserole was nice, did new potatoes, carrots and peas with it. Star week is visiting at last so hopefully I will start to feel less unwell with it. Sorting holiday currency tomorrow afternoon as short day tomorrow. Not long now :)

October already, where is this year going - been on plan for nearly six months now. Pleased I've managed to stick with it :)

You are so organised! Who do you get to deliver your shopping? I sometimes get tesco but not tried anyone else. Might organise myself for the weekend for a change! ! I have been making enquiries about holiday currency today, 4 weeks and counting whoop whoop
