Yes the w/e was great, also stayed within cals which was a bonus!!!
A did a 3 mile run on the treadmill when I got home so I could have a nice Sunday dinner.
Today is rest day, so need to try and be good and stay within cals. Seems to have made a huge difference making my food diary public on MFP. I really do think before eating something now.
O/H is doing well. His BP is much lower now, so diet changes are probably helping. He was allowed alcohol at the w/e, so that cheered him up!! Back to the strict regime today though!
