Go for it Lauren!!!! I'm sure you won't regret it. I didn't follow the food plan, just the rules. I still stick to 1200 cals, just make sure I hit 30g of fibre, no carbs for my evening meal and drink water with each meal. Weight wise, it's so motivating as you see a loss everytime you step on the scales
Yes alcohol really is evil.....lol. I don't really know why I drink, think it is just a habit I have got into. I always have a drink at a w/e and socially it is also expected. I am seriously considering giving it up, but not sure I would have the will power. I would certainly feel amazing if I did.
