I get what you mean about weekends. I have so much planned this jubilee weekend that I know I won't be on plan and I certainly can't start exante. Just enjoy it hun.
I can't believe you are so close to goal! :eek: I'm so excited for you. :D
 
Think I am in need of a detox!!!!! Have been very bad this w/e!!!!! Not looking much better today either. Tonight is the last social occasion and the last glass of wine. 2moro I am back on plan.

I did do an 8 mile run yesterday and another run planned for Tues, so hopefully will have helped a little.
I do hate the bloated feeling though, so will be pleased to be back on plan.

Have had a good few days though :)
 
You might be having bad days food wise, but you are still clocking up the exercise miles.

Back on plan today!!! I am so ready for it!!!!!

Going for a 4 mile run today. Hopefully the rain will hold off.
Cannot believe how bad I have been this w/e. I will make up for it though :)
 
Ah Shazz I reckon I can match you this weekend, at least you've done runs though!
 
I just said in Carolines diary that i think it's important sometimes to just enjoy yourself and forget about the weight loss for a couple of days. You'll be back on track in no time Shaz. :) xxx
 
Thanks guys, you have made me feeling better about it. Didn't get round to a run today, so will be an early start in the morning so I can squeeze one in.
I am back on track food wise and no alcohol in sight, so should be fine now. Think the wine was my biggest mistake, but I do struggle to drink water or soft drinks at a party and we had / went to a party every day!!!
Anyway I am putting it behind me now, will have a quick look at the scales in the morning, just to see how hard I need to work these next few weeks.
My runs this week will be:
Wed - 5 miles
Thu - 3 miles
Sat - 3 miles
Sun - 10 miles

Surprisingly the scales were quite generous, just need 4.5lb to goal. Would love to get there before my hols, not sure if that is doable, as we go away on 18th June!! Only going to the Haven site at Blackpool, but my little girl loves going there. Loads of things for her to do.
Well guess I need to get changed and go burn some cals....!!!!
 
Drinking water or soft drinks while everyone else is drinking alcohol is really hard, I'd agree with that. I'm generally not too bothered and if out I'd stick to a spirit and mixer but definitely feels like you're missing out if you just have coke doesn't it. 4.5lbs is so close, you'll be there soon enough and even if it takes a while, you've done really well and you're far away from where you were.
 
There will not be any alcohol crossing my lips until the holiday. I wish I didn't drink at all sometimes, I'm sure the feelings afterwards are not worth the enjoyment of a few hours. Dont know if I could give it up though, the social side would be very hard.

Another 1/2lb down today. The one thing I love about the Bob Harper plan, is that he says it's ok to weigh yourself everyday. Everyday I am on his plan I lose weight. Where as before the scales were up and down throughout the week and then pot luck what happened on weigh day. Now I lose everyday and I'm confident I will get to goal before my holiday......11 days to go...!!!!

Another 3/4lb down today!!! Just 3.25lb to go..!!

I am not having any alcohol now until I get to goal. This has always been my downfall. If I didn't drink I would have have got to goal 9-10 months ago.
I know the w/e will be difficult, it is my w/e treat and now a ritual. However the fact that I am going to get to goal in the next week will keep me going.
Going for a run shortly, must admit I am really looking forward to it. I have so much more energy now and struggle to sit down at night, so exercise really helps.

Yes I had no alcohol last night, feel so much better for it. My reward is.......I lost another 1.25lb, so only 2lb to go.....!!!!!! I am getting excited now!!!!
My body is desperate for exercise, but I have a 10 mile run planned 2moro, so really need to rest today. I just have ridiculous amounts of energy, which is down to the healthy food I am eating. Don't think our house has every been so clean, lol.
I would so recommend this plan for either losing weight, or as a way to feel healthier and bursting with energy.
 
Ooh how exciting, well done! You're so so close now, another week or two and you could be there!
