Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

Sunday 30th December (Green)

Major NSV for me today - I managed to make an enormous black forest gateau for my brother and his fiancee without sampling any of it, wooooo!!! :D:D:D Haha! This may not sound like much of an NSV, but when one of your favourite desserts is BFG it is! :)

Got to start cracking on with my school work now...the realisation has set in that a week tomorrow and I'll be back in work, eeeks! :eek: Maybe I shouldn't have been such a sloth for the past week, haha!

Today's food diary is as follows:

Thursday 3rd January

Well today was an absolutely terrible food day...I'm not even going to post the crap I've eaten :eek: So ashamed of myself, aaaarrrrggggghhhhh!!! No hope for a decent weigh in tomorrow now :( Ah well, I'll just have to suck it up and start my new week determined to do well :) Although I'm going to visit a friend tomorrow who usually insists on feeding me lots of nice home-baked goodies, and it's my birthday on Sunday...other than that though the week shouldn't be too bad. Fingers crossed anyway!

Friday 4th January (EE)

Evening all! Busy day today...haircut followed by a visit to my friend. She's about ready to have a baby bless her, so it was the last chance to see her before the baby is born. I was dead chuffed with myself - managed to resist a piece of Christmas cake, go me! As for WI...well I STS today, so I'm happy enough with that after my binge yesterday! :eek: Onwards and downwards for next week's WI :)

No plans as of yet...it's on a Sunday so I can't go to wild, lol! I'll probably take myself off to the local pub quiz and have a few drinks. Nothing major though as it's back to work on Monday :) xx

How was your birthday hun?????

Hiya! It was good thanks hun...quite quiet really as I had to pack my stuff up and go back to Pembrokeshire ready for school, so a lot of it was spent packing, driving and unpacking :) I went and had a couple of drinks in the evening, but nothing major. I'd had a couple on saturday night too, but because I had to drive back home on Sunday from my parents I couldn't risk celebrating properly :) xx
