Evening all! Wow, can't believe it's been two weeks since I posted in my diary. Things are still really hectic at school, and probably will be now until Christmas. I can't wait for the holidays! Although the Christmas holidays brings the school closer to our ESTYN inspection, so I probably shouldn't be wishing the weeks away!
After putting on 0.5lb last week I'm pleased to announce that I lost 3lb this week!! I really don't know how though...it hasn't been a good week at all. I'm hoping the scales weren't stuck or lying!! I did step on them about 5 times, and they said the same weight each time, so fingers crossed! I'm going to try to update my diary a bit more often...I really need to stay on track for the next two weeks as our Christmas do is a fortnight tonight, eeeks!
Today's food diary is as follows:
Breakfast:
Banana
Apple
Lunch:
Mashed potato
Chicken in a tomato and basil sauce
Supper:
Pasta with fried mushrooms, courgette, ham garlic, salt, pepper and EL philli (1/2 HexA)
Sprinkle of parmesan (1/4 HexA)
2 cups of coffee (1/4 HexA)
Snacks:
Ginger nut biscuit - 2 syns
6 squares of Greens & Blacks Butterscotch chocolate - 5 syns

I'm really glad that you're on a roll at the moment hun! It's a lovely feeling with Christmas coming up to know that we are the ones in control My loss this week has spurred me on to have a good couple of weeks before the Christmas party. I know if I'm sensible with drinking and eating I can hopefully lose another couple of pounds before Christmas xx

Pasta carbonara - pasta, smoked bacon, mushrooms, shallots, eggs, EL philli (1/2 HexA)

Wednesday 5th December (Green)
I'm off work poorly today with a killer sore throat, so I'm just going to try my best to eat soft but healthy food. I don't really have anything soft in the house though, and don't really even have much veg in to make a vegetable soup the pasta and sauce for lunch was a struggle, so I'm not expecting supper to be much better, but an egg sandwich is quite soft so it'll have to do.

Lunch:
Pasta and sauce (1 syn) made with milk (1/2 HexA) and boursin stirred in (1/2 HexA)
Thinly sliced leeks
Supper:

Afternoon all!!! Wow, has it really been over 3 weeks since I last posted here?! Must be I guess...how the time flies! Belated Merry Christmas to you all and my best wishes to everyone for a Happy New Year
I'm back on plan today after 3 weeks of being pretty much off plan the whole time. I've put on 7.5lb in those last 3 weeks, so I'm a bit fed up as it's set my weight loss back to what it was about 10 weeks ago The weight always seems to go on much more easily than it comes off I know that! Hopefully if I follow SW as much as is possible whilst staying with my mum and dad I should start losing some weight again, and once I'm back in work on 7th January I can really throw myself into the diet again. Although it's my birthday on 6th January so I'll have to try not to drink too much, lol!!

Over 3 weeks 7.5 lbs isn't that bad but it's so hard when other people are doing meals and you don't want to offend by not eating etc !!!
The thing is you've done it before and know what to do to get it off again lots off superfree & speed food !!!
