The food plan so far...

Breakfast:

None, oops!

Lunch:

1/2 a packet of Uncle Ben's savoury rice - 1.5 syns
Smoked ham
Tomatoes

Supper:

Paprika chicken breast - 3 syns + HexB
Baked potato topped with aldi cottage cheese and pineapple
EL spread - 2 syns
Peas and sweetcorn

Snacks and drinks:

Evening ladies. How are you all? Thankyou all for your messages over the past week. I'm sorry I haven't been on for ages, it's been a busy week. Dad's showing some signs of recovery...he was extremely ill last weekend as the infection in his brain had caused septicaemia, so everything was very touch and go at the beginning of the week. He's back to recognising people now, and he's talking again, which he wasn't doing at the weekend. So things are a little more positive now, but it's going to be a very long haul I think xxx

Evening Sian - Glad to hear there is a little improvement with your Dad. It will be a long haul bless him but hopefully he is over the worst. I hope your looking after yourself too x
 
Thanks ladies! I'm trying my best to look after myself...I gained 0.5lb this week, but considering all the stress and comfort eating I'm not surprised. Holidays now though, so I can really concentrate on having a good week :) xx

Saturday 8th March (EE)

Afternoon all...I'm back! Heavier than ever, but with everything that's been going on recently SW has been the last thing on my mind. I'd like to thank you all for popping in to say hi though, and I'm sorry I didn't get round to replying. Things are a lot more positive with my dad now so I finally feel like I'm able to concentrate on my diet.

I weighed in yesterday at 16 stone 1lb and I just feel like crying. I know it's my own fault but I just hate being this heavy! :( I'm determined to shift some of this by Easter...I have 5 weigh-ins before my Easter holidays and I'd like to have lost at least half a stone by then. I've given up cake for lent, so hopefully that will help!

I hope to catch up with all your diaries soon, but I have a date with the duster and polish this afternoon...my room is a tip, haha! :)

Supper: SW paprika wedges, ham, mushroom and onion omelette, baked beans

You will get back into the zone now and get that 7lbs off for Easter - you can do it hun xx
