Yummeeeeee I see you're still doing the frylight-up for dinner after WI.
Look forward to hearing how you get on.
Hey PP, yeah still doing the grill up, we don't often use frylight anymore, just a couple of squirts of olive oil if really needed, didn't like the way frylight leaves my pans...not nice and thought if it leaves the pans like that, whats it doing to me lol
Well it's 4.30 am and yes I am a bit late with my results for wi lol, but I got home and had my dinner and went straight to bed, had a belter of a headache, still there now but not quite so bad.
Result wasn't great but there are mitigating factors, my ankles were mahoosive, so definitely retaining water and when I looked at my book, it would have been star week for me, I may have had an oopherectomy in 1999, but I still get all the symptoms of my monthlies and every 4 weeks without fail no matter what I do I have gained from day 1 of joining SW and until I had my op I was more or less regular as clockwork with my cycle, so when this first became apparent that it was every 4 weeks, I looked back to my final period (oh yes I remember the date well, it was the day I had my op 15th April lol the shortest one I ever had lol) and the dates tied in perfectly, so anyways I gained 3.5lb, definitely wasn't expecting that, but unlike most I take each weigh in as it comes, if I gained this week, there was a reason for it, don't think it was my food as I always keep a note of what I eat, even if it's not on here, and only things I can come up with are the reasons above, plus I had to double my steroids as I have been having the worst bout of psoriasis since 31st December, that I have had in years and I have been experimenting with medication levels (as approved by my Dermatologist) and seem to be okish (putting aside the side effects) with the levels I am on now, but when I increase the steroids, as you most likely know, that increases my appetite, so although I may have been good and eating sensibly, I may be eating a little too much than is good for me ....so here's to a really good week and hopefully a 3.5lb + weight loss this week xxx:hug99:xxx
I am off to bed now, again, head is starting to thump again, Kirsty got sent home from work with a heavy cold yesterday (she works in maternity unit, not a good place to be if you have a stinking cold ), hope I'm not coming down with it, although I probably am, my colds normally start with belting headaches **sigh** ttfn xxxx
