Breakfast (very late @ 1pm)
fried egg & bacon on toast = 5 ..... 8pp

very late Dinner (@6pm)
chopped strawberries & blackberries with a ww fromage frais = 1
handcooked crisps = 3
choc = 2 .................................... 14pp

4mile run = 5ap earnt

Tea
lincolnshire sausage roll = 5
200g boiled spuds = 3
parsley sauce = 1
veggies = 0 .............................. 23pp

leaves me with 6pp to use on a boost and maybe use some weeklies for somethin else naughty :rolleyes:

btw claire how many activity points do you give yourself for zumba ... i'm sweating like crazy after it n deep breathing n shizz but think its bull about the bit in the book where they say if you can sing wtf :/ xxx

i'm doing ProPoints :) doing pretty well tbh but weighing for the 1st proper on tuesday on the scales at work eek, don't need to eat all my weeklies n sometimes don't eat all my dailies :D

i love zumba :) n love swimming but when work decide they want you to sit on the side of the pool rather than be in it pees me off!!!! work: "please can you stay on for an extra hour???", me "no", work "pleaseee", me "go on then" eughh

yeps ano what you mean about hanging your head in shame, whereabouts you from? went to benidorm a few weeks ago n the barman asked where we were from n we said wigan n just got laughed at :( no fairrrr xxx
 
Haaaa bless ya Annie, Im from Denton in manchester .. currently live a few miles from the city centre ..... where did u stay in Benidorm? ... im researchin places to stay ... im goin insane with trip advisor ..... ive had to miss zumba n swimming last week n this week coz of work ruuuuuubbish !!!

Mmmmm love kebabs with chilli sauce after I night out but I hate the smell of kebab coming from my hubby in the morning yuck!!!!
