2 mini cheese & bacon quiches = 7
birdseye waffle = 3
veggies = 0 .................................. 27

6 weeklies left .... beef monster munch & mini cookies for later ;):D

Claire i know how you feel...can feel another sts coming on for me this week arrrgh! i might try and have a week with no weeklies?! not looking forward to that prospect but feel like i need a kickstart!x
 
Hey Anna ... well ive got this week then im off on hol .... so ile have my holiday blow out ... then back onto it ... i only have 6lb to goal .. which will prob go back up to atleast 10lb post holiday so ile be proper onto it so i can finally reach my goal ..... i recon its coz we have so little to loose now ...... its always the hardest ........ :D


Anyway, todays diary ....

Toast & peanut butter = 3 ..... 6

Toast & choc spread = 3 (Nutella is only 1p for half a tbsp ;) yuuuum)

Jacket spud with s/corn = 8
Salad = 0 .......................... 25

Snacks
Flake alure = 5
Flamin hot monster munch = 3

(4 weeklies used)
Also done a FIVE MILE RUN today woooop! so thats gotta earn me about 6ap's or maybe more ;) im well proud!!

& i start on nights tomo ... 5 of them ... so ile prob not be around as much ... fun fun!!

Awww thanks Carly ... im hoping the holiday kick starts the old metabolism ... its sooo disheartening wen ur weight sticks at the same weight all the bloody time and your counting everythin that goes into yer gob ... hehe !!
 
I bet! I hope that I don't get a plateau till nearer goal coz I dunno what I will do! It sucks that u are trying so hard! our bodies are funny beasts lol x
 
Verrry funny beasts .. i blame my naughty diabetes for most of it ..... i recon ule be fine ... ,maybe all the alcohol ile consume next week will kick start the diet again :rolleyes::p

I'm gonna take inspiration from your 5 mile run claire and try and do some exercise this week...havent done any in ages and maybe that will speed things up! not sure what going to do about weeklies this week yet, maybe i'll try using half? if i dont have any and lose then i'll feel like i cant have any again! i also think using weeklies works but i really need something to change, ive been trying to get to my stone forever now! sts sucks!X

maybe it's what you need, a break from the diet might shake things up a bit. x
