Tesco have it hun, but in a big heavy block tho x i think that jamican gjnger cake isnt as bad for u that will b in cakes bit x i shouldnt b telling u where to find it its devils food lol x ;-)

Evening snack
small tin of heinz spag bol = 4
slice of toast with philadelphia = 4
snack a jacks = 2

= 29

parkin = 3
time out = 2

30/49 weeklies left ... :eek: christ normally i have like 20 left by now ...

Wont be visiting this page very often now, thanks to everyone who has supported me ....... ive had enuf of trying to get down to goal ... ive STS FOR 3 MONTHS now:eek: ............... there clearly is no hope for me ..... im still guna track my food in points so i dont gain weight but im not going to be participating in ww really ...

You've done brilliantly tho Claire and don't leave us coz we do look to you for support and inspiration. 9stone 4 is brilliant. I'd love to be 9 stone 4, even 10 stone 3 wud be good:)

Awww Claire don't go!!!!!!! We need you here. You are doing brilliantly. Your in a healthy BMI and you aren't putting on any weight. Do you attend a class, have you asked is there anything else you could do???

Claire hunnie u'v done great so make u do pop in to us n keep us going. U are an inspiration n u look absolutely fab!!
I do think ur "fat" is turning to muscle from all ur netball which is why the scales isn't showing ur a difference. But I'd put money on ur measurements being smaller!!! Xxxx

I agree!!

Hey have you tried the maintainence system for a week or two. You add 3pp to your dailies and see how you go, maybe a break by doing this will start the losses again in a few weeks. xx

This could possibly be the reason ... Maybe I should start measuring? I wish id measured wen I started now grr xxx

It was the first thing I done when I started n done it again only recently n had lost 13 inches!! That was with little r no exercise!! So an sure uv lost lots of inches n hav built lotsa muscle... Defo don't thro in the towel hun. Think of how well uv done. I kno it's hard when yer tryin yet hardest n not seein results on the scales but as much as ya may not hav lost, ya'v not gained so it still is paying off x
