Dieting appears to play havoc with periods but at least I have them - when I was really big and eating rubbish at uni I didn't have one for months...
Right, I have some ASDA bars so that's good. I've had one and had a tiny amount of the left-over strawbs with the cream as they were sitting in it so it was unavoidable (sort of). I'm having a low carb dinner - chicken with mozzerella and pesto wrapped in bacon with some asparagus. I'm having the mussels tomoz. I might have a vodka and coke zero. Sorted. Gonna stick a film on and cuddle up with Boo tonight hopefully although I reckon he'll fall asleep!!
If I really got on it properly on Monday I could lose the last 2 lbs by Thurs I reckon. I did after all say that I was going to reach goal by July and there's really no excuse.
