Erm, avocado is full of vits and mins!! And so were the strawberries I had for dinner (would have been better admittedly without the whipped cream and meringue :eek:). Oh dear, the diet has well and truly been put to the back of my mind today oops. I may as well 'fess up and admit that Boo gave me two teeny tiny slivers of pepperoni pizza earlier as well as I bought some mussels in case I was hungry but didn't fancy them. What can I say? I'm very naughty ;).

The thing is it's not really, really that terribly bad in the grand scheme of things BUT I'm never going to get rid of those 2 lbs if I continue along these lines...Tomorrow just mussels and perhaps 2 Tescos shakes...I have some Coke Zero which is good! xx
 
Oh and just before I go up to bed (may as well have had some wine really seeing as how the rest of the day's gone!) just a quick post to let you know that doughnuts are technically a bread and scones are biscuits apparently - we checked at work!! Night everyone, big hugs xx

Carly, I've no idea what a meringue would come under ha. Surely not a cake? A dessert perhaps?? Maybe it's in its own category :D.

Randomly my period has started and it's nowhere near time?? This diet (not that I'm really following it at the mo) does strange things to your hormones I think. Perhaps it explains why I've been eating so much?? Maybe by Thursday I'll be slimmer (here's hoping!!!). Or maybe it's just like random spotting (sorry TMI). No doubt I'll update all you lucky people on the goings on in my body....! xx

I understand with the totm, I had it for a week, a week off then a random day. It just seems to come & go as it pleases yet docs say my pill stops them completely -umm obviously not! Xo

Right, I have some ASDA bars so that's good. I've had one and had a tiny amount of the left-over strawbs with the cream as they were sitting in it so it was unavoidable (sort of). I'm having a low carb dinner - chicken with mozzerella and pesto wrapped in bacon with some asparagus. I'm having the mussels tomoz. I might have a vodka and coke zero. Sorted. Gonna stick a film on and cuddle up with Boo tonight hopefully although I reckon he'll fall asleep!!

If I really got on it properly on Monday I could lose the last 2 lbs by Thurs I reckon. I did after all say that I was going to reach goal by July and there's really no excuse.

What a sh*tty day :( xx

Your dinner sounds absolutely delicious, I want some :drool:

Weird about the period/spotting. Have you been under any extra stress as of late? I've heard that can really screw up ones TOTM.

If you hop on it strong you can definitely reach goal by July!!! :)

I was also contemplating having some pizza today. My argument was that half a pizza was 375 kcal and therefore totally within my kcal limit for WS. :D

You really aren't eating that terribly, you're going to make a very successful maintainer! ;) It's tough getting that last two pounds off because you're so close!!!

If only this were true but if I was a successful maintainer then I wouldn't be here for the third time :(:(:( xx
