Hello everyone, White rabbits!
Can't believe it is October already. Ploughing through Dr John Briffa escape the diet trap, he makes alot of good sense especially as he recommends Greek yogurt and berries for breakfast which as you may have guessed has become a favourite of mine!
So breakfast today 4 sliced strawberries, 10 blueberries, Greek yogurt :):)

Oh yum to berries and yoghurt Sandra - I must have a read of that book! Hope you have a lovely day x

I would love some grandchildren too but my two dont seem to be interested sigh i used tell thdm dont even think about it im too young to bd z granma but now i really want some x

He he he ....I have five children 2 step children and 3 of my own ranging from 16 to 29 would be great start if they would get in to some sort of relationship so grand kids seem a long way off :) roll on owl can't wait to have yoghurt and berries for brekkie :)

Morning Sandra
I'm a newly converter Greek yogurt fan - yum! Can't have it with berries though as no fruit allowed in the evening on SiS - and no dairy in the morning LOL!

Hello all, work very stressful at the moment and taking up so much of my time and energy so haven't been on much recently.sorry for neglecting diaries, just wanted to ask if anyone has tried marks and spencers seafood casserole? It is absolutely delicious, just 3.7 g carbs for half , was on the dine in for £10 at the weekend, loved it so much that I went back for more( and got the wine of course!) :)

Must try the seafood casserole. Just the thing I love to eat but won't make for myself (I cook one meal for me and another for my fussy hubby and daughter). So just the thing, I'll have the casserole to myself and my 2 can share some sort of spaghetti and pudding. Sounds fair.

Here a pic of the package
