Team 2 !!!Slate your weight!!!

Wow! I didn't think ppl would be up for it but I'm really impressed that so many of you have replied. I find it a bit of an 'honesty exercise'. Now my turn since you've all been good and done it!

1)One thing we said to ourselves when we were proper scoffers and not trying (a justifying statement)
I've always been curvy, I'll never be slim because I'm big build and I hate exercise.

2)One thing we say to ourselves to keep us going (a motivating statement)
I want to see the look on the faces of my ex-boyfriends and friends who put me down. My mum will be really pleased for me and I won't be the 'big one' out of all my mates anymore.

3)One thing we would say to ourselves about our current progress (an honesty statement)
Now is the biggest and final push and to get to goal would be one of the biggest achievements of my life. It would prove I have got the willpower and the determination to do this by myself.

4) One thing we will say to ourselves when we get to goal (a positive statement)
I am a skinny britches! Roll on hot fellas.... ;)

Starting to plan for the party is exciting, such a great motivation!! Not too sure when exactly in September your birthday is but you have 21 weeks until the beginning of September - with just an average loss of 1.5lbs per week you can loose around 30lbs which is bang on your 2-3stones!! So just go for small steps and you'll get there!!!

Hi everybody, tonight was my weight in and lost another 4 and a half lbs. Didn't think i would lose anything with the tablets i am on, i still have another 4 days on them so hopefully next week i wont have a gain.

Congrats on the weightloss girls! am really proud - and putting all the losses together it seems like we all have lost this month so far, even with Easter in our way - or will that show up in the next WI?!? We'll see!

I had lost that 0.5lbs that I put on last week, so my slate for this month is back to 4lbs :)

Also I have been good with my water drinking and I've been twice for a jog this week and will go today (once my OH manages to get out of bed that is) and am planning on using my day off work on Monday to jog again before I go to Germany.. I will even pack my trainers, maybe I will find an hour or so for myself to go jogging, but won't beat myself up if not :D

Oh, and statistics :D show that our losses have already added up to 18 points for the April Teamchallenge!! Well done Team 2!!! :happy096:

About an hour ago I made a post saying I wasn't going to classes anymore due to shifts...5minutes after that i thought 'screw it' and went to class, expecting to STS, tiny 0.5lb loss or a gain (due to being unwell, off plan and being a lazy arse the past 3 weeks)

I didn't however expect to find out i'd lost 4.5lbs and achieve my silver 7, and now just 0.5lb away from being under 16stone!

I'm SO chuffed to say the least, I know it was a morning weigh in, I hadn't had breakfast yet and its really a collaberation of losses over 3 weeks, but am SO happy I HAVE been trying but have been on/off but this has really pushed me to go on now and really go the whole hog

And I will be going to classes!!!!

Fingers crossed! It's such a beautiful day today, whats everyones plans? Mine is do a food shop, cook meals for the week and hit the pool at my gym

We are up to 25 points for the monthly challenge!! So well done you all!!

I will be on holiday from today until the 26th, am sure you all will be fine supporting each other and keep loosing!! Gotta love this Team!!!

I just did this and thought it would be easy ...i did 5 sets of up and then back down and i am knackered!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope Meike likes that we carrying on with her good work, kally i think you should be substitute team muma till Meikes return :)
 
Oooh, only just seen your comment Kals, I'm up for that, will do it after I've had my dinner later on, hopefully, during the last rep I will bump in to Vera Vinegar and be so angry that I am kernackered that I will mash her in the mush! :)
