I just did this and thought it would be easy ...i did 5 sets of up and then back down and i am knackered!!!!!!!!!!!

hi everybody, yes i also agree that kally should be leader while Meike is away, i did the stairs challenge, harder then i taught but finished it, didnt do Fridays challenge,and will do Saturdays challenge, and I also got weight last night and lost another 6 and a half pounds

then made him hold me legs down while I did my 10
absolutely convinced he thinks I'm stark raving loony tunes and no mistake

Hi everybody, congratulations to all the losers this week, the last two weeks I have been drinking 3 litres of water with added no sugar squash and I started doing the Latin dance dvd for a half a hour three or four days a week, and work up a better sweat then walking. did the press up and they nearly killed me.
 
Ok team seemed to forget that I never poted todays challenge could have sworn i'd done it earlier haha!!!!
anyway it seems to have given you all a rest so for tomorrow i've upped the anti
Do 10 ab curls, 10 press ups, then rest and repeat ab curls TWICE MORE and do press ups once more if you can.
