Lost 1/2lb this week and as I am very close to goal, I am fine with that as I cannot expect t lose large amount at this point.

Count me in. I weight 194.0lb this morning. I hope to lose 7lb although that is a bit ambitious as I haven’t lost much in the last month. I have 10 weeks so let’s see what I can manage.

I'm in too. Lost my way for a few weeks but if I aim for a pound a week that would be 10lbs by the end of August and would take me to 14 stones.

I agree with Larissa. 8 pounds is amazing and yea, I've found my body doesn't lose on my weekly weigh-in timetable, lol. Sometimes I'll go all month with nothing, and then I'll see a 2-4 pound loss. I've had to readjust my thinking and accept that my body is losing it on a more monthly basis. It may help to get one of those tickers so you can see the downward trend.
 
So, I did lose (1.4), but for the past month or so I tend to see my lowest weight mid-afternoon. So I will officially update my stats then just in case I actually hit the 2 lb mark.

UPDATE: 1.8. So, only need to lose 2.7 in two weeks to dye my hair read for the combo-birthday party (me, hubby, both kids, and FIL).

I am the same and staying the same for ages and then lose 1/2 lb but the slower you lose, the longer you can maintain. I am sure you get there for birthday party.

A gain of 0.6lb for me this week. I don’t know what is wrong with me. I keep picking and picking. And my exercise had slowed down a lot. I have aching hips and knees when I walk so I haven’t been keeping at it. I am hoping something will click with me this week.
I now have 7.6lb to get to my goal 😩

I'm going to consider this week a STS. I ate slightly more than usual, and I do mean slightly, and yet my weight has shot up almost 4 pounds and stayed there all week. So not sure if I'm retaining water, or what, but if lose 2 this coming week (based on last week's) I will know that I didn't actually lose 6 in one week. Hope that makes sense.

I also only worked out once, but I'm now deadlifting 100 pounds so that makes me quite happy and feeling very steampunk-warriorish. :classic_big_grin:

I know exactly what you mean, I gained 2 lbs and i don't know the reason (I have gone through my diary and nothing has changed - normally I have a day off but don't go overboard by that much). One day, I went out when it was very hot and forgot to take water with me and I wonder if I get dehydrated and my body is retaining water. I weighed myself this morning and I am down by 1 lb so hopefully by Thursday, I lose it all and some.
