So today is weigh day and I will be trotting off at 9.15 and then home. No meeting for me today although I like the body ummHe class my deal this week was to really rest up and it was agreed the weigh in would be ok and then home to rest thereafter.
Still keeping this bug away yet it seems to just be lingering!! How with all the fruit I'm pumping into my body I don't know.
I hope I have lost this week and will report back after with the outcome and my chosen foods for today - have a great Monday
No official weigh day as consultant is poorly - I did one and home and it is 2lbs off but it's not official so I will just see what next Mondays will be

Well I decided to spend some syns today on a treat - 100g vanilla quark and one crushed bubbly bar mixed together 5 syns and worth every single one!! Totally hit the spot and I'm delighted i like cheesecake and this totally works for a version.
Today I have emailed my college to ask for a pause on my course due to everything that is happening right now. Hopefully they will be understanding and gracious.
This eating plan and losing weight are so important right now for my whole overall health.

Still bloated today and I know it was due to lack of water which I'm rectifying today.
I'm drinking tea and wondering if this could be changing my metabolism - I was munchie yesterday but on the right foods just noticed I wanted more then usual. Could also be affected by the hour change I suppose....
So my husband comes home and starts cooking chocolate cake!! The aroma is all round the house and I'm like Heyyy I'm good with my satsumas cheers haha I shall be skinny <3
