Lost one pound yayy and got my new books so I'm now doing a week of sp any tips greatly accepted x

I'm good thanks lovely, how are you? Did you have a good Christmas?

Lucky hubby going to China, will he get to go out and about or will his trip be purely work?

EESP sounds interesting, good to shake things up and be inventive. Looking forward to seeing how you get on!

I'm ok, plodding on as always lol - he will be able to see great things as well as work :) - I'm excited to see how I get on too lol just about to meal plan :)

I have made eleven cooked bags of mixed pulse!! Took all bloody day lol but they will go in the freezer and be ready to chuck into curries, stews, stir frys chillis - so worth the effort I hope lol

Read my new books and planned a week on sp - hoping I am getting it right x

Hahaha it's a mixed portion of beans - butter beans, pinto beans, lentils, dhal etc soaked overnight and then boiled till squidgey x

Slimming world is helping me far more then I ever gave it credit to do so. I am finding my sense of humour again, socialising and combating anxiety, finding my pretty again. I mean I am finding my inner goddess and letting her out for an hour or two ;)

Nurturing your inner child is do important and I need more fun, I have been far too serious - it's time to get a bit silly x
