No yay here. Tomorrow instead although I've had 12 venison sausage today totm should be away and there's been a little "movement". 1 dratted lb but don't want to give up now as it'll give me excuses to cheat since I gave up early as always. I wanna reach tw!! (although im at dukans tw) and lose that last lb!!
Morning girls. Sts. Giving it another week and (eek) cutting sweetner as I know I have far too much (far, far too much). May allow it in muffins only but I've clearly been having too much (2 tubs a week style).
Humph. It looked like I may even have gained 1k but I'm ignoring it as it was rushed. By next Friday I shall be tw!

Needed to have oatbran so porridge of 2 tbsp oatbran 3tbsp sweetner (cut down massively!) and splash normal milk as there's no skimmed or semi skinned no other way of eating oats today though so better than nothing although it's 3.7% fat. Wish I had red milk in! Today: 6 venison sausages, 3 boiled eggs, 2 sf jelly, 2 venison grills, 2 venison burgers. No more venison until tw!! (no products anyway mybe the pure cuts!)
