Honestly? If you can have one and stop at one, you'll be fine. If you think you won't be able to stop, then don't have one.

I'm very binary, like a computer. If I have none then I'm fine but if I'm having one, well, there's no such thing I'm having them all ...

Thanks guys. I'll have a think. Id like just one as they were so upset when I said I couldn't eat them. And they'll be out of date by target. Argh decisions decisions! X

Thanks Ellie- I think Friday night cause they look forlorn and squashed now. One wee one and then they're being hidden!
 
Today:

B: 3 boiled eggs

L: 2 venison burgers

D: 3/4 lb roast turkey

Snack: dukan cake
75g total 0% with sweetner and vanilla

Exercise- physical job!
 
Walked to work today ( 30 mins) so no time to weigh at work. Going to alter pp/pv ratio so I can weigh Monday morning! No movement on the whoosh front so probably better waiting!

So today should be pv but I'm making it pp so that tomorrow is pv and Sunday pp to weigh on Monday :) praying for 1.5 kg off cause I'd hit TARGET. Truly 1kg would get me to dr d target but I wanted healthy bmi. Was complimented at football last night as I'd said I felt all bloated and my tummy was massive, to be told "there's nothing to me, birds always say that and they're not fat". Was nice :)

B: 3 boiled eggs
L: 3 bits grilled steak ( a whole pack)
1 whole chicken breast with onion granules
1 stock cube
2 coffees with semi skimmed milk (no skimmed!)

D: probably more chicken!

Ideas for pv tomorrow- anything new and adventurous I should try? X
 
Over an hour total walking today- longer on way home in heat carrying massive bag! Had to stop as it was cutting arms :( poor planning on my part! X
 
Tonights exercise: sweeping and scrubbing front door step and mats, planting three tubs, And painting my door. X
 
Have you tried Mons moussaka for pv days, its fab, and i love the chicken and leek curry.....hope that last bit comes off xxx

Sneak peek at home puts me down 2lb from yesterday and 1lb from tw. Hoping that is the same at work on Monday-will need to weigh at home and at work and see if the correlation still exists! Nice to see 9 st 9 at home but I know it was always 3k lower so I'd need to be under 9 st 8 to be 10 st x
 
Sneaky weigh in at home suggests I'm 1lb from my tw and on Dukans tw for me! Hope this is the same on Monday when I go to work to weigh! X

D: steak stir fry (mushrooms, onions, spring onion, beansprouts and steak). Could only eat half.

Drinks : coffee with full fat milk (splash)
Water with diluting juice
500ml milk with sweetner

Not eaten enough today, bad day at work :( away to bed now and hoping tomorrow is better! No work anyway!

D: chicken (pack of diced breast for 74p!) Dijon mustard and vinegar

Snack: 1 sf jelly

Drinks: about 1.5 l Pepsi max. Maybe not enough.

Plan to walk to work mega early tomorrow so I get some exercise before wi. That's the plan anyway! Weighed tonight (clothed and after food) and unless scales are deficient I'm 9st9 which would conver to 10st 1 ish. However, work scales are usually evil! And I have everything crossed for a loss! Please be 64- or even better 63.5! I feel like I finally deserve this! 8 months down, 1 week and a few days off for holiday and the odd drink (maximum maybe 5 nights since Christmas excluding holiday). I DESERVE tw!!

Stressed- rant over!

I didn't make it sid. :( can't believe I'm disappointed with a kg off but I weighed at home this morning (normally have to add 3 to home weight) and was 60kg so should have been 63 ie under tw but I was 65! So 0.5kg to go :( disappointed!! Even walked to work (25 mins brisk) hoping that'd help. Turns out t didn't!

Totm is due so I'm hoping it comes and goes before Friday so I can see a shift! Pv today, pp tomorrow, pv wed and pp thur then weigh in Friday again. Conso for the weekend?! I bloomin hope so! Feel so close!
 
It'll be fluid retention care of totm hun, I suffered an STS this week for the same reason, after being good as gold AND exercising :( bah humbug - mother nature can s*d off with her monthly gift :D, hang in there, it should shift by next weigh in and hopefully take some fat with it if you keep on track this week xxx (hugs)
