Same to u! In the 10's by the skin of my teeth! I put on 4lb in total. Not too bad considering I was off plan quite a lot! Have lots of lovely food in to get back on track!! Also helps to have the support of everyone on here too so thank u!!!!

Total lack of will power today. Took all I would need for the day and then ate sandwiches provided for our training day and some chocolate!! Very silly - will I ever learn??
