Scales are showing a gain at the mo. Will see what I can do in the next few days. Don't know what I can do to get my weight loss going again. Maybe I need to cut down my syns - I'm sometimes a bit 'relaxed' on a saturday so I might need to cut that out! Otherwise, I just don't know!

How about you? Back in the 8's on Saturday? ;)
