11.10.8 this morning!! woop!! i managed to drop the 2lbs i had put on after mondays meals and 1 extra lb!!

i think drinking more water aand too many coffee's had something to do with it!! i wish i could ALWAYS drink enough water!! just sometimes... i cant!! :-(

actually Dukan says if you are retaining water to drop it down to a litre a day!

well i think i retain more when i dont drink! when ever ive drank alot of water i seem to get a loss and ofcourse there are the frequent trips to the loo!! nightwamre when ur at work!

Bright and early at work!!
Soz iv not been around much the last few days! i spend all my free time house hunting!! we maybe selling our house and buying another one soon so been geting a feel for prices!!

Happy to announce that WI today was 11.8.6!! WOOP! i am 1lb away from my mini gola of 11.7.0 for my newcastle trip! which by the way i leave for ... tomorow!! eek! im reallly excited!!

Thanks for ur messages gals!! I hope you all doing well!! i reallly need to catch up on the board so will go over today! i know most of u are not gona be online with it being a weekend! After today will probs see you when i get back in 2 weeks!!!

I hope to maintaine my "diet" atleast in the 1st week of my visit as the wedding is actually next weekend and i intend to fit in to my dresss!! 2nd week will try to relax a lil and enjoy spending time with my family!! im realllly excited as my bro and hos family are here from dubai aswell and i we havent had time off together in newcastle for over 6 years!!
