The club was actually a let down though :S the music was too.seperate. Serious metal in one room and fun pop punk rock in the other. It used to be a perfect blend of cheesy pop-rock-metal with the odd pop-punk song but now I.had to choose :S we stayed in the metal roon for ages becaude usually the DJs change over and drop the serious Metallica and such for fun upbeat metal, but it didnt happen :/
Also, didnt get drunk enough! didnt really feel like it? was a bit tired and drinks were expensive. I felt hyper.social though and chatted to lot of people.
My friend (Eliza) and I left around 4am and she was starving so we found a mcDonalds, she had a nugget meal and I shared her mcFlurry :p nom! but then I went and got another one!! I had a little fruit bag and half a smartie mcflurry (15.5= +7) and half a chocolate fudge brownie Mcflurry (20! = +10) which brings Friday's syns to about 20 in total- not bad, especially because I didnt have much to eat- just a cauliflower for lunch and no dinner.
We.sat chatting for an hour and a half in mcdonalds as the sun came up having a really nice heart to heart- best part of the night! :p

Sat I had a banana, nectarine and shape yoghurt for breakfast and we had a chinese in the evening around 11.30pm! with nothing else much in between :S weird.
Chinese: sweet and sour (3/4 portion = 8), noodles (1/2= 4) shredded chilli chicken (1/4 = 3) = 15! Ha, spot on, had no idea :p

Today will probs be a green or ee day as friend is still here until 5ish, I havent slept well two days in a row and need a comforting potato pancake. :eek:
 
Just been through the thread it's been very entertaining ;) I love movies too and SW is awsome so if you don't mind the odd comment from a blokes perspective i'll join in :)

We were a similar start weight and you are a stone ahead of me! In one less month :O impressive.
 
Thank you for your kind words, I try exercising as much as I can I have an annoying form Gout that effects all my joints and can, when it wants to can stop me even walking :( but not often that bad.
You have a very Glam lifestyle and the pics you have shown are really good, what cameras do you use I'm plodding along with a 7D and a 30D as back up :)

7D- cool! I have a 5Dmkii but I shoot mainly with my boyfriend's 5Dmkiii now. I film with it frequently; weird that I get hired to film stuff with a DSLR! I nearly opted for a 7D originally because I wanted to be able to film in slow mo, but went for the full frame sensor in the end. the mkiii is the best of both worlds though- full frame and slow mo!
What stuff do you shoot? :)
I had a 50D too which is probably similar to the 30D... I didn't like it though :S it made colours weirdly saturated. I preferred my starter camera (rebel/350D)

EE today, massive munchies, went a bit mad with the Chinese this weekend :/

D- Chinese leftovers, no superfree *hangs head in shame* and recon I had about 15 syns worth again (there was a lot of sweet and sour chicken left over!) am stuffed at 1am, not good.

Drinks- Green tea, 2L squash, pepsi max, lilt zero

Am going to detox with a few good red days now. WI tomorrow but expect to probably have a gain as I am stuffed with Chinese and haven't pooped all weekend :/ dang. At the same time, I ended up skipping lunch/dinner a couple of times so might balance out the calorie intake of the junk. *shrug*

I passed out for 5 hours when my friend left and woke up at 11.30pm! Practically had a night's sleep in a nap :S lol

I have low fat turkey mince to eat tomorrow as well as a big slab of salmon, so will be having goood Red food :D

Yeah, it was just what I needed ^^ G stayed out of the way partially but we ended up including him more than planned (though he was a bit annoying at times, lol)

Surprise surprise... +2lbs today! An hour later after breakfast I did a massive poop, probably 2lbs worth LOL so I'm not taking it to heart, I know it was just all that Chinese waiting to be excreted. TMI, sorry :p
So technically back in the 17's, grr :mad: but I'm not changing my stats as by mid week WI on Thurs I should be back to a loss :p went over daily syns right before WI but didn't go over weekly syns, so expect a loss by Thurs.

I don't really know what to do with myself today :S such a busy week followed by a 'day off' with nothing to do, weird! Better get editing :p

I remember last time after I had a Chinese it was quite heavy on my stomach and I didn't poop for ages. I am going to do some detox red days, just had turkey meatballs with salad which were super yummy :p

It is odd having a quiet day after so much fun, I agree. I'm sure you'll be alright tho :p Oh and the gain will be gone after a good couple of poos! Hehe.x
 
OMG GUYS! Not to brag, but I've literally pood THREE TIMES today. And the first two were like, proper massive ones :cool: LOL
I want to re-weigh tomorrow, I might do... I might hold off until thurs... who knows :p but I was really feeling the indigestion this morning so I didn't take the + to heart, would like to see if there was any damage proper done by all the chinese this weekend so might give myself a re-weigh, because I'm a rule breaker like that.

Caretaker- +0.5lb once? Jeeze, us girls have 1-2 WI's of nasty +1's and +2's a month because of * week fluid retention, consider yourself lucky! :p I'm sure you don't enjoy hearing about it all over minimins though, so perhaps that reduces the luckiness.

My turkey meatballs were sooo yummy. I will try putting mustard powder in them next time though :O sounds good. They are basically mini burgers but with HexB breadcrumbs in them, and chillies, soy sauce, caramelised onions mmm. And I cook them in some milk which makes them have a sort of creaminess around them, not quite a sauce but the flavour is insanely good, I'm literally salivating thinking about them :p haha! Worth all the Hex's.
Unfortunately they were so yum that I'm going to have to syn the extra HexB I consumed picking at leftovers this afternoon :rolleyes:

Editing for this music video last week has been delayed because it was a live recording and the musician wants to hear the sound on each track first before she confirms which ones I should edit for (there are two she wants done) *sigh* so I have a slow week ahead where I want to get on with things but can't. The week after I'm shooting a bigger music video that needs editing before I go to Florida so the producer can pitch it in New York over the summer- means I'll have two time consuming editing projects to juggle in the space of a month around the Sweden trip AND 4 days of shooting a short film. So... Basically will have 2 weeks to do 3 edits- yikes! :( I'm a really slow video editor so will probably end up doing some while we're in Sweden (I quite enjoy editing while in a different place) but it's annoying that I can't be getting one out of the way this week while I'm free- she won't be checking the tracks until Saturday! Bummer. I'll just keep twiddling my thumbs then, anticipating a few weeks of stress ahead :sigh:

Bloody weird day today food wise. Like- was totally not hungry all morning/afternoon and have been really noshy this evening :S ate some banana because I didn't want my metabolism to halt because of no food, but literally wasn't hungry.

I 'came clean' today and told Gerard my weight :O GASP. I told him I used to weight 20 stone and how I was too ashamed to tell him; he was really supportive and told me I've done really well to get into the 16's now. Feels like a massive weight off my shoulders that he knows :p wow.
