First day of SW today, not been bad at all I think!
Breakfast:
Shreddies (heb) with skimmed milk (from hea)
Activia fat free mango yog
Snack:
Banana
Lunch:
Sea bass fillet, batchelors golden rice (1/3 packet cooked), roasted tomatoes, butternut squash and sweet potato (2 Syns for oil)
Bunch of grapes
Tea:
Stir fry of prawns, mixed veg and noodles (3 syns) in soy sauce with chilli flakes
Strawberries with activia ff vanilla yog
Treat:
Mini calippo (3.5 Syns from what I can find online)
Snack:
Apple
Syn total 8.5
Made sure a third of my lunch and tea were superfree foods!
