Thanks i done level 2 again today was really good.today ive had 3 shakes and a small bowl of pasta with salad. Am gonna drink lots of water this evening as havnt drank much today.
 
hi you two ive decided to add a meal this week and see how i go ive never actually done it so far so maybe this will help me in the long run. today have been good 2 shakes and for dinner i had a small bowl of rice, veg and salad not the best to add rice but was yummy. i done level 1 today on my dvd as my body is aching after level 2.
 
yeah thanks well i actually weighed this morning and am 2kgs heavier than my lowedt weight so im really disappointed so am just gonna give it my all agian with tfr. im fine in the day its dinner time and i always fail so im gonna try and come on here later when the family are eating and the kids will just have to be independent and feed themselves.lol. i think if i get through the first 4 days at dinnertime then the food doesnt bother me.
 
I know the feeling!!
Dinner time is always the worst.
We just have to keep plugging at it I guess - eventually some more weight will have to start dropping off. I have had too weeks with no budge and am getting a little frustrated. But to be honest the thing that is keeping me going is the fact that I feel so much better health and energy wise when I'm sticking to the diet.

Spryro ... hugs on your weigh in ..keep positive though, look how far you have come and it certainly could be worse. You can do it!
 
thanks everyone. well time to get back on track again. lol. i tried on some old clothes yesterday and i could actually get the 14 NEXT trousers up but not done up so i was pleased about that and shocked as ive actally gone up 2kgs in weight but the dvd must be doing something to reshape me. i shouldve taken measurements but totally forgot. anyway i will be good today and i will be back to my lowest weight this time next week.
 
ive had 2 shakes so far today and have been good. my dh has been invited out today so im very lucky in that i dont have to do his dinner so will just do beans on toast for the kids which makes it easier for me to keep on track so il be honking later today. am feeling hungry now so am going to get a bouillon drink.
 
Morning all i managed a honk last nite so here we are day 2 just having my latte its so yum. Im gonna need lots of support today husb is back so cooking again tonight but im gonna have my shake at 4 so by the time dinner is ready my shake would have gone down and i wont be hungry so wont touch the food. Then once dinner is served il be coming on here.
 
dont hope, be positive with your speech and you will be honking today its amazing how any uncertain speech tells your brain that there are doubts and therfore its easier to fail. im not good at explaining lol but its in that book 'you can be thin' by marisa peer and it really does help. anyway we can do this and i we both will be honking today.
 
Hows it going? and well done you getting your size 14s on ...oh I remember the days when I could get into next 14s lol. Wont be long for all of us now.
 
Am going good thanks hun its been a busy day have been clearing out the kids wardrobes and having a big tidy upstairs so apart from coming down to put dinner on and serve it ie only just come down. So gonna put the kids to bed and have my last shake. How are you doing?

hi hun glad youll be joining me soon. yeah i was really shocked to get them over my hips lol as i havnt lost any weight so its got to be the dvd thats changed my shape i still cant do them up yet so thats my next goal (ia) and to get out of the 80's i never want to be 80 something kilo ever again ive been stuck for a while now and am determined to get to 79.9 lol.
 
Getting into the 70s is deffo a mile stone I will cherish ia!!
 
i know ive been dreaming about it for so long and really need to do it now and stop messing around. ive got about 2 months packs left and i dont want to buy more so if i stick to it now for the next 8 weeks i can be at my target of 70 ia.
