well day 3 everybody just had my 2nd shake im waiting for my sainsburys shopping to arrive i havnt ordered anything for the kids that tempts me so i am on my way to honk 3 i havnt got any ketostix to test for ketosis but i usually come into it day 4 evening so il be looking out for the signs tomorrow i actually dont feel that hungry today and thats the first sign its on its way lets hope.

oh no ive just pinched some chicken and salad and the salad had lemon in what a plonker.that was my dh's fault.lol.

You'll be ok...lemon doesn't take everyone out of ketosis - I used lemon all the time on atkins. It really shouldn't set you back too much!

Aww no. Ive been struggling today myself to be honest. If it wasnt for the fact I really need to get this Christmas gain off Id be doing WS and am seriously considering doing that as soon as I get rid of the rest of this 6lb. I just cant seem to do TS anymore.

yep all this new support and loads of pepes starting tomorrow so i will be good.

day 4 and have just had my 2nd shake im gonna go and pack my things ready for friday when il be going away to stay at my friends til monday so that should keep me going til dinnertime anyway hopefully everybodys doing well.

well not quite i had 3 spoonfuls of the kids leftover rice but that was all ive been good since.

I know i was so trying not to i kept out of the way when they was eating but the little one wanted more and then didnt finish it and it was cold by then but i still ate it. Oh well ive been good since so hopefully the water will flush it out. Dinnertimes are a nightmare here especially when youve got to do everything yourself so theres no getting away from it.
