Hiii everyone!
So i have been doing SW for over a year now and love it, i lost over 1.5stone as i didnt stick to it all the time. But i just let myself slip sooo badly and now ive put a stone back on
how did that even happen?!
Anyway now its getting so close to xmas and my 21st bday party im getting so scared and thought i would start a diary to help me get back on track
B: poached egg, bacon (no fat), mushrooms & tomatoes
Loadsss of water
L: "big mac in a bowl" beef mince going to give 5 syns as not x lean. Onions, gherkins, lettuce, thousand island dressing, 2 syns, wholmeal roll heB and cheese heA
Muller light and banana and some grapes.. and loadsss more water
Not decided on tea yet but will update later!!
