Starting my slim and save journey 1st jan 2014 if the pack arrives by then...

Why don't you ask your manager if it's possible to speak to the Head of HR and try and find some solution as it is really important to you to get the time off. Say that you had already spoken to her when you started and she indicated that this wouldn't be a problem. Say that you know this is bad timing but it is something that can't be changed and you are prepared to be flexible at other times to make it up. Also that you wanted to resolve it with your manager if you could as you know that is the proper channel to go through.

Hope you find some way of doing something but better to try than sit there worrying about it.

Urgh clin honestly this is exacrly why i do not book holidays coz half the time hey get rejected...but i thrt best to try and be honest....rather then not....and it is very rare i do anything social at all...(tuny white lie) to cover the real reason bt i wudnt take the piss and take holidyas over evrything this was arranged whiel was in india so before i even got this job and its my personal treat for doin so well on this other then tht i am reli flexible and would go out of ma way to be available for sickness cover etc....i onli need two hours off frm the end of the shift dont even mind if its unpaid....that is how flexi i am....????x
 
Bring on friday finished tdai on crispy choc shake, one cheesy pasta and one chilli with 50g prawns and 50g of turkey mince added to the chilli with bit of slim rice and spinach pepper n mushroom was yum....ran out of yogurt bt was luvly nevertheless hehe....rite got three weeks to try n shrink before go to lesta...drakes concert gna b a hell of a tricky one friday gna b rushin round like aheadless chhickne hpe i dnt miss too much of it....my mum goes to me my hips have not gone down at all...???? reli brings me down wen she says tht and on top of tht tryin to cplain the hrglass figure to her reli doesnt work to her its fat and nothing else....:(...i hate the water intake like anything bt i have been walking half n hr bk hme frm wrk each day past two weeks so hopin tht will help lil teeny tiny bit....js wna shrink urgh is tht too mcuh to ask frm this diet....lool feels like such a slow slow slow process.....xxxx

It feels like wveytime i hhink positive ma mum brings me bk lol....phew glad stil got this job....wil b nine to six so wil be k...cnt wait till blumin payday....n cnt wait til i move out lol xxx
 
Day 66: urgh had a sneaky two second peak at the scales it needs to move more lol quicker haha...in time for friday got three days to try n move it a teeny tiny weeny more....n then tkin friday n sat off to get out of keto etc n then jumping rite bk on plan on sunday keepin it to simplicity and then dependin on work...going to see drake nx fri so wil again b jumpin bk on plan sat n then sticking it out and then again dependin on if i am wrkin lst weekend of month wil b either going to lesta end of the month or first wekeend of april...so basically got three to four weeks to try n get into the high nines....n then got til mid april to get into the lower nines and then til end of april to try n reli reli push maself to try n get into the eights and hopefuflly see a physical proper change in ma body and appearance by then as well plz plz plz body get shrinking have not wanted this as much as anything.... Cnt believe it tkes this long to lose weight bt yet not so long to blumin put it on again lmaooo ma limit once get to goal is to do 3:4 to maintain and also as soon as hit nine n half wil b jumpin bk on s n s...i have come to the fact that will try my hardest to maintain bt if eva need the lil push again defo b coming bk to s n s and wil never eva let myself wait til iv put this much weight on again....??? bort another dress from boohoo its reli bad for me lol cnt seem to stop buyin clothes 'priya stop it hide the debit card sumwhere' lolz doesnt wrk....and evn tho im not shrinking as fast as i wnt to be i cnt seem to bludy help maself n they all seem to b goin out clothes too ???? rite nope this the last thing till iv actually shrunk nuf for a playsuit or another jumpsuit yup....sooo close bt yet soo damn far still....??? hopin ma two planned days off this week n one day off nx week wont do too much damage....xx Yday ended up being lifestyle bt was k with tht...tnite think gna do simplicity and js gna have gour shakes or three shakss and a bar tkin the bar to work with me so cnt chnge ma mind end of the nite like i normally do lmaoo n then on thurs dependin wt the scales luk like after a sneaky peeek in the mrning will mayb do a lifestyle day pizza base with prawns and turkey mince n then two other shakes or something...or one shake and a cottage pie got lots of them left to get thru lol do love the packs on this diet tho n nva thrt wud eva say tht tbh lmaoo xx reli reli do need to invest in two one litre bottles so then can both up each time need to down the water iv found the smaller the bottles r the more lazy i am in fillin them up again ?? tho the smaller bottles do help the water go down quicker lol kind of urghh xxx

Day 67: tdai really cba to make anything and plus dont have ne fage or greek yogurt left so gna av to wait nehu til tesco shopping day wich i am hoping will happen on sunday fingers crossed....as runnin out of ingredients...nehuu tdai literally js gna av one bar and three shakes and mite pop some jely int he fridge before head out to work so it b redy in the evening...orangeflavoured hehe....yday managed three litrew of water....gna try n get a litre down me even before work fingers crossed for tomo weigh in before planned day off x
 
Had a sneak peak tdai its going in the right direction...so will keep plodding along...tmo off plan day gna av a subway wrap...tuna melt...and for din din bit of rice and curry xjumpin rite bk on plan sunday mrning sooo damn close by yet so damn far stil lol xx
 
K im js gna class tdai as ma eight week weigh in...: 10.9 n a quarter lb Strt weight was 12.4 Tmo and saturday going to be planned off days but will be jumping back on plan sunday :) till wednesday and then takin planned day off thurs n friday n then back on plan on saturday...and also going to try my very hardest to go even more basic and have more shakes and soups then meals and bars xx Ma hips n thighs stil gota long way to go it lux orite with suck in underwear then i luk well small...bt can tell not got that long way to go...i am thinkin hopefully once in the lower nines then mite js have got there finally lol xxx So close and yet so far can almost touch it victory...stil suprises me as to how quick a stone can be put on if not careful yet it takes this long to lose it...the human mind snd **** metobolism boggles me....totallly....xx payday needs to hurry the hell up :/ this gettin paid monthly gna tke bit gettin used to maynnn sat london nite cnt wait js hope j luk orite :( cnt aftord strapless clear bras atm so will have to do with the blk bra n hope it doenst luk too bad at the back....xx had. Priya that's fantastic! You are so close to the breaking the 10st barrier! I know what you mean about how one can gain a stone so very very quickly yet it takes three four times as long to lose a stone! No wonder maintenance is hard!

Day 68:

Planned day off....had a tuna melt wrap frm subway had a six inch flatbread and cudnt finish it so had half n saved half for later was well proud of maself hehe....

Heyy kira hun this weekend gota feelin going to set me bk a lil bit so going to do the week nine weigh in nt this sun nt nx sunday bt the sunday after....cz tkin nx thurs n fri off diet aswelll...:n hopeguly by then wil see a lovely number haha xxx
 
That sounds like a good plan and I'm sure you will be happy with the number. You are doing brilliantly.

Was planned day off was lovely :)...london was amazing loved it fall in luv with the plce each time i go there hehe..::

Aww thanku clin....i do feel a small diff however think its wen i see me hips n thighs it brings me down a small bit but. Feeling optimistic now and feel that it can be done :) finally xx
